Carb Loading!! 😂
I only carb load when I am doing 20 plus miles. Generally only for ultras, not a walk around town.
Also, if I am carb loading, the last thing I want is my metabolism to increase. I want the opposite, I want all that lovely carb energy to be stored, ready to call upon when I exhaust All the fuel in me!
