The ASA came back to me quickly about Yawn’s fat blocker post and they say:

“On this occasion, having taken our prioritisation principles into account, we have decided to resolve your complaint through the provision of advice. Therefore, we have explained your concerns to the advertiser and provided them with guidance on how to ensure that their advertising complies with the Codes”.

So, a very light warning but an unwelcome communication for Yawn I’m sure. Let’s see if she heeds the advice. And of course, aside from the unqualified dietary and fitness advice and unsubstantiated FLP product claims, there are all the income claim posts she continues to make which are so misleading and so risky for people at the moment. She will keep the ASA busy.

Sounds like Messiah and Mr Acti are seriously losing the plot as their house(s) of cards come crashing down around them.
I am somewhat disappointed that Ms Sponlie appears to be promoting FM and Essens (even if it's just on the basis that they are at the receiving end of Mr Acti's increasingly unhinged behaviour for competing for the bots leaving UR/Acti and Reminishite and "my enemy's enemy is my friend")...

@Twentytwentyhindsight I agree. I get where she’s coming from when she’s trying to get the Huns’ attention and can’t appear too hostile to MLM, but when you’ve got predictors like Sacked waiting in the wings it’s important to emphasise that there is no MLM that is better, including Sacked’s current Woo Pharmacy offering.

I’m glad she is focussing on Messiah & Mr A because they thoroughly deserve it but it shouldn’t be without the firm message about all MLMs being predatory with the same outcome for recruits whether in Essens, FM, Acti, FLP, Arbonne etc etc. otherwise when Messiah is finally doing time she’ll be rescuing the same people from FMW and Essens.

It’s a golden opportunity while she’s got some diehard bots’ attention, to say “look, this is what happens in ALL MLMs. This is just one example of the value you have in any MLM. TSL/REM/Acti doesn’t give a shit what happens to you but neither does FMW or Essens. They all lie to you”.

I'm sure that now that childminding, maid and cook services are all in place, Castle will be bursting to go and spend time with business partner and new BFF Fierce now that they are near-er neighbours.

Although I don't detect the same enthusiasm on the part of newly-devout Fierce, who doesn't mention their academic venture much on her own page. If Mr Fierce's demeanour the last time he had to endure the Castle's presence is anything to go by, he's not that keen either

@SnoogyWoo Fierce hasn’t even mentioned Scamversity on her FB since the middle of January has she? That’s a big gap. Fierce has definitely been on the Kool-Aid sherry. She’s spouting a strange mix of ideas about God but with a dose of energy heeling and other woo. Probably a cynical ploy to line up the next crop of “spiritual” victims. I hope she’s not forgetting to turn up for lectures at Scamversity.

@Ohnonevermind I get the sense Mr Fierce thinks he’s a cut above the Castles and particular Mr Castle. After all Mr Fierce has his fingers in a number of scammy pies (all short lived) whereas Mr Castle is just some gurning backdrop to Castle’s photos and a smiling presence who stands back while she invades the Turrets’ privacy.

I think Oxbridge can relax, Scamversity probably won’t make it to the summer term.

Not all good things are meant to last forever……♥️

I recently made the difficult decision to step away from my role as director of scamversity and leave castle to fly solo with what I know will be an incredible community that we have only scratched the surface of building.

If I’m honest I was dreading telling castle how I felt because I didn’t know how she would react but, I should of known that she was hugely supportive of me doing whatever makes me happy.

This isn’t a decision based on logic it’s based on a feeling……

I know that there is something else that I need to do.

Somthing that my soul remembers but my human was screaming “noooooo I’ve just created something so amazing! Why would I stop”!!

I’ll share more on this as it unravels for me.

I wish castle, the team and our wonderful students nothing but success and abundance ♥️✨

Time for the next chapter for us all………
