If Castle has taken out a Directors loan on the planner biz and then run off to Spain, she’s a bigger bastard than any of us ever thought.

Well, someone took out a large director's loan on which tax will be due if it's not repaid, and Castle has buggered off to Spain...

The company is a UK limited company and Castle should be aware of her fiduciary duties as a director (although I doubt she took legal advice when she set up the company). She can run, but she can’t hide.

BFF is still a director although we know she had nothing to do with the bizniz so is stuck what a scumbag thing for Castle to do.
Her mother and father must be so proud

BFF is not a director of any other Ltd companies so must be a sole trader for her FL. So she can’t even take a draw against that business if necessary.

BFF can’t provide details to the accountants etc as she had nothing to do with the business and would have no idea. She probably doesn’t even have banking authority.

It looks like Mr and Mrs Castle are the 'Persons with significant control' so will have the voting rights.

However, as a director BFF is still on the hook for any tax liablitity.

As a global business coach, you would have thought that BFF would know how to correctly setup a business to ensure you are not exposed. To be fair, not sure there is a space on the 'Dream Board' for business structures.

Looking at it. It would appear that Mr BFF was a 'person wit significant control' at some stage- I presume he sold/gave shares back to the Castles at some point. He was also a director for an interlude when BFF herself wasn't.

Mr BFF will have had to declare his involvement with the biz as part of his employment with the Police. It's possible they refused it for him but allowed BFF to be involved - even though she's left he still has to declare her businesses as her husband if she is self employed

In other news, I’ve just found Mr Homeschool on the Insolvency Register - status: currently bankrupt, discharge in May 2023. Wow, that’s really not standing in your power is it?

So when Homeschool and Weird Willie were still together and promising to jointly show the way to untold riches, they were both effectively bankrupt?

Indeed @Twentytwentyhindsight! What a terrible slippery slope FLP is. BFF and Castle might want to look and learn - Weird Willy and Homeschool are what happens when the FLP gravy train comes of the rails and there is no safety net. BFF should be particularly nervous.

Weird Willy has a TikTok account which is basically a lot of saluting and then a few minutes of him talking through the injustices of being a kept man and Homeschool not paying for his tattoos like she promised blah blah blah and his other two wives not being nice to him. It’s a real victim-fest dressed up as wisdom for the masses. He’s clearly on the bones of his arse financially and living in a pretty grim flat but he’s forgotten how many people suffered the same at the hands of homeschool while he was choosing his tattoos and driving the Rangey around.

BFF’s husband at least has a pensionable job.

Weird Willy, the seven-figure coach (who actually drives a delivery van for a living) is bankrupt? How intriguing! If this is what getting involved with MLM, standing in your power and sniffing basil does for your finances, I’d rather sit down.

That he does, as did BFF. Now she has a dissolved Ltd company, acting as a sole trader in a company on its way downwards, and is a co director of a Ltd company with a 70k lona attached to it.
