I've always found focus groups are a great way to earn a bit of extra money. They vary from half hour to 2 hours and some can pay up to £200. I wrote about some of my fave on my blog if any of you are interested. Most are doing online groups now so you don't even need to pay out for travel :)

One of my Am** items has been delivered to the wrong house and signed for. I can see on the tracking map that it's at the wrong house so I've asked the houses around it and all are denying receiving it. The sender says they can't do anything because it's signed for in my name so I've just spend ages submitting a claim with royal mail. I would have thought the seller would be more helpful Confused

I also bought some furniture from China and the tracking number shows a tiny envelope being delivered to a sandwich shop a mile away from me so must be a scam of some sort.

This round seems to be a bit of a disaster 😂

Those of you doing Yu**n, good luck. I have decided to wimp out again and defer exam as I am going away the week after next and it's all very sudden so I gave lots to sort out. Decided that holiday plans plus kids at home mean no chance of preparing so going to put off the exam until September if I am able to. I need free time and I don't have it right now so hoping I will be able to keep deferring it until summer holidays are over!

@TheHumanFund, oh what a nightmare! I have an item that I haven't received. I have tried contacting them but am now unable to get access to their website. Think it must be a scam. Shame though as it seemed genuine when I purchased it. Cheeky of people to sign for your items and accept them, theft in fact! I would be fuming!! Angry

I've finally managed to get into SRT (no issues with App for me @thelolamontez but I did see something on the chat about it being to do with how secure your password is so if you haven't tried a password reset that might do it?)

I've just started on an hour a day project and it only took me 24 mins...so I've invoiced 24 mins. Do those of you on one hour projects spin it out or just do it in the time it takes even if that's a fraction of what you are allowed to do?

And, if it says to work at least five days of seven, are you allowed to work all seven? I know I'll be able to do this while on mat leave, it looks like classic night feed territory so I want to get it right (but also get the max I can out of it!)

Disastrous month here - I have qualified for Rev and started doing some small projects but need to just do the really short ones to make sure I don't mess up my metrics and there are very, very few short projects. Prolific has not been...prolific!! Also, sadly I really need some additional funds now as one of my (uninsured) horses has been really sick - needing lots of investigative work and medication so feeling slightly panicky about the money. I will have another look at CW today but I sit here with Rev, Prolific and appen open hoping my luck will change!

@flloyd unfortunately you aren’t going to make a fortune with Prolific or CW. They aren’t a reliable source of income. Even Appen is hit and miss.

We are all searching and waiting for that gem of a job to come along. But they are very rare sadly Sad

Sorry to come in with a load of questions, I just started sign up for Clickworker and Prolific, they ask A LOT of questions!

Feels a bit funny, I assume it's so that they can give you the right work but... anyone else have any concern about this?

Oh gosh, I know - but every little helps so I keep chipping away at the bills any way I can. UHRS work is dire - I can't quite believe how poorly paid it is tbh. Rev needs more attention!!

Re appen log in issues, has anybody heard back? I emailed but nothing yet. Really annoying as I can't do some of my tasks and also can't keep invoice up to date .

Oh @flloyd just wanted to say you have my sympathies! I've got my injured one to the point of turning out for a bit which has helped, although she's not fully sound i think it's as good it was going to get on box rest without blowing her mind!

I finally managed to get into the moon one which is UHRS and it's absolutely baffling but I'm sure will make sense in time... I soon went back to typing, I know how to do that! Hope something comes through for you soon.

Yeah, UHRS isn't where you will make your fortune. Normally the tasks that are left are the rubbish ones and are left for a reason - nobody understands them! Myself and @Frenchdoors1 were trying to work one out the other day, and between us we couldn't make sense of it.

@8dpwoah on N* I used to invoice for an hour and it would take me 20 mins tops. Never had a problem. And fine to work all 7.
