How the bloody hell do you get into SRT as a first time user?!? I've had an email saying to claim but then you have to insert your email or what have you and I don't recall ever being given an @fb.appen.com email address? Help.

Oh it's all good news here today. Finally been approved for Rev - had been waiting on a reply from them for over a month (since 11 June).

Was that for me? Maybe that's why I'm finding it so hard. I just signed up for UHRS and it was there.

@8dpwoah if you look at the email you’ve been sent to join it will be addressed to you but at a new @fb.appen.com address. That’s the email you should use to log in with your usual pwd. They really should make it clearer, it took me ages to figure out the first time.

@MiddlesexGirl ha! Is that the one where you have to decide if the video links are naughty or not? I’ve also tried that one - I think I must be a prude!! Not having much luck on CW to be honest!
Appen I never hear anything back, how long does it normally take? My projects just say ‘show status’

Thank you @dottycats I've managed to find my SRT username on a different email now waiting for the activation code to come through so I can set a password... Still at least it's one step completed 😂

anyone else unable to log in to appen this morning? I've been sent an email telling me to take the qualification quiz for a project which I absolutely do not remember applying for but Appen won't let me log in :(

I've just tried @rhij86 and I've got a message saying "we are sorry... unexpected error"

@TheLolaMontez it's Popl... as I said I don't remember applying for it, could be that it's a pivot? or that I applied ages ago and they've only just let me try the test

@bookgirl1982 I got this at the worst possible time, 2 boisterous boys in my house thanks to bloody summer holidays means I'm still trying to read through the first guidelines. Gutted at how slow my progress is

@bookgirl1982, I am doing it but not started yet. I've found it too hot to concentrate. Got the guidelines still to read and am getting the exam through next week. Going to start reading the guidelines this weekend. How long did it take you to read the guidelines?

Anyone had a product not arrive on Am / Sho ?
I have not received a product and I don't think I will as when I try and go to the website to search for contact information, I am unable to access it, so I think it must be a scam. However, I cannot see what to do for product review. In the chat it is mentioned to switch the toggle to did not receive but where is this toggle? I don't see it. Any ideas? Thanks.

@Catatemyhomework have you left it the required length of time? You click to start the review and then the toggle is at the top above the questions.

@bookgirl1982, Ah, ok, that might be it. I read somewhere that the required length of time is 8 weeks, but on chat 2 weeks has also been mentioned so I am a little confused .

@superpinkgirl I've got nothing so far but hopefully we will be paid by the end of the day!

No potato payment for me either, so far.

@Catatemyhomework I have this problem too. I clicked on the update status button put in the expected date then there was a checkbox to say not received underneath. It's greyed out but I guess it will become available 2 weeks after the expected delivery date.
