Welcome to the Feb thread.

Newbies welcome. We're all here for the same thing, get together and earn some extra cash. Aim for £10/day but every little (or lots) is good.

@AnotherOne4 I did it a while ago when I set up Payoneer. I’m pretty sure I did it at the same time and it was straight forward.

I did have to use the Payoneer “contact us” for another query and they did get back to me and resolved it eventually - slow though.

Sallycinnamum · 02/02/2021 13:15

Just submitted my App invoice. About £250 this month due to their cock up with N**e.

I made around £50 just from App surveys this month so pleased with that. Just how there is no issue with them paying what I'm due this month otherwise I'm done with App.

LimeJellyforBrains · 02/02/2021 13:16

Sorry, probably a stupid question - but what's the advantage of having Payoneer pay into PayPal rather than a bank account? Confused

bookgirl1982 · 02/02/2021 13:22

Has anyone had a reply from Appen on the double piece rate issue?

Baby89 · 02/02/2021 13:49

@whysotriggered, do I not submit invoices for them, also do you know if they are long term, I would love a long term project- dont mind the pay as long as its long term. Also @unicornpoopoop, ive sent you a pm thanks

I got onto the Am*r this time too but what a lame experience this month. I had to skip four out of 7 as 2 had 404 page not found errors, one was a gambling site and one had a checkout issue on the page. So I have ended up with jeans from a dodgy chinese site and a clay snowflake for the christmas tree. A waste of 2 hours sadly.

GailLondon · 02/02/2021 14:33

I'm going to do my Am*r purchasing tonight. Had a sneak peak at item 1 - very glam towie style evening dresses with lots of cut-out bits that I don't think will be flattering on my mom-bod!
Can't wait to see what else is in store :)

dirtyfries · 02/02/2021 14:50

My A*r purchases for comparison,
7 items
Clay hanging decorations
2 dog related items I had to skip as 404 errors
2 shein purchases
Jeans from a dodgy chinese site I full expect won't get past my ankles despite triple checking sizing
And my last (and saving grace!) a kitchen aid mini food processor

AdaShelby · 02/02/2021 14:51

Well I was glad to be picked for Amur but had two skips, 2 items of clothes from China that I hope never arrive, a football boot washing kit and a car part 😀

MacTheFork · 02/02/2021 14:52

I’m a bit stuck on Am with what to do about non arrivals and I can’t find anything in the guidelines. In the tool it says to contact the advertiser before ticking not received. I’ve got 2 non arrivals, one says it’s been cancelled. Anyone know what I need to do?

MacTheFork · 02/02/2021 14:53

I had mostly tripe this month on Am but one good UK retailer so I’m not despairing Smile

Rad2016 · 02/02/2021 15:13

Will do my purchases tonight. Had a sneak peak and nothing to write back home about. Not looking forward to it tbh with all the dodgy Chinese sites

seizethecuttlefish · 02/02/2021 15:18

Ok Am month. Only one bit of pointless, Chinese tat. The rest looks ok and a very nice bottle of perfume. Not great for returns but I've treated friends and family, I'm happy with that.

Anyone on LB RATER project. I got accepted at the beginning of Jan. So far I've only had 1 hr of work. So much for 10-15hrs a week.

@AdaShelby let's hope your car part can be returned or have eBay value. Some of it is so random.

@MacTheFork the update status gives you the option of not received but I think it's something like a month after due date. It's in the guidelines.

@dirtyfries bit jealous of your kitchen aid

@GailLondon if that's the same as the site I had, they do lounge pants. I looked at the dresses and thought hell no. Grin

GailLondon · 02/02/2021 15:29

@MacTheFork go to the bit where you review the items and click 'update status' to put in the expected delivery dates. after I think 2 weeks have passed from the latest expected delivery date it allows you to click 'not received'

@seizethecuttlefish Grin it might be the same one! I am going for the most demure dress I can find - it at least goes down to shin length and has no muffin-top spilling out holes!

Funny how it seems to give lots of us the same retailers, I thought it might have covered a wider selection

dirtyfries · 02/02/2021 15:36

Despite not really having a use for the product it was a nice to see an Etsy seller on the list this month.
I do feel iffy putting money in the pockets of the overpriced wholesale tat companies we seem to get month on month.

PuddlePip · 02/02/2021 15:53

Hi all, I've only just caught up to the new thread. I started 3rd Jan and and have made £21 on prolific and $20 on intellizoom. Laughable compared to some but I'm getting into the swing of it a bit now. I haven't managed to try appen yet, waiting on crisp and cant seem to get on with the clickworker stuff even when I'm reading guidelines

AnotherOne4 · 02/02/2021 16:11

Well done PuddlePip. I'm new to all this too, and half the time I feel like I'm going round in circles with it all!
Persever with it all though. The more you try, the more you get the feel for it all and find out what you/what you're good at it.
I'm nowhere near earning what these guys are earning, but it's all a learning curve Smile We'll get there eventually!

whysotriggered · 02/02/2021 16:32

@Baby89 check your invoices. App are meant to put them on last month's invoice automatically. If they are not there, you need to contact support. Once they are generated and you think they are correct then you need to submit it before the deadline for invoices which I think is tomorrow 5pm PST. But check this on news and updates. I don't know how long term these projects will be.

3dogdnorth · 02/02/2021 17:00

@Gingerkittykat I'm a potato newbie and finding my feet. I'm happy to have a chat if you send a dm. Got the same query as you!

Dancingdolphins · 02/02/2021 17:11

Amur was a bit pants this time.

1 bottle of non alcoholic spirit
1 weird looking neck massager
1 wooly hat with a hole for your ponytail Confused
1 sweatshirt which looks nice but I expect will be shit
1 nice duvet cover

So not shit but I only really like to do it to get a few I can return and none of them are worth it money wise. Ah well, I'll be over here not drunk, wearing a sweatshirt that won't fit with my ponytail on top of my hat and a lovely supple neck Grin

minnimiss · 02/02/2021 17:28

Am** all done for this month. A real mixed bag!

2x dodgy looking dresses from Chinese retailers
1 x dodgy looking coat from similar retailer
1 x pod coffee machine
1 x Clinique moisturiser
1 x N07 Retinol treatment
1 x personalised garden party wall flag

TheLolaMontez · 02/02/2021 17:46

Anyone had the availability survey for Am' Mai ?

seizethecuttlefish · 02/02/2021 17:49

@TheLolaMontez I haven't but if you go onto MAI you can't go back. Loads of people on chat moaning about it.
