Newbies welcome. We're all here for the same thing, get together and earn some extra cash. Aim for £10/day but every little (or lots) is good.

Anyone having problems logging onto appen this morning? I keep getting system error

I cannot connect to Appen on chrome- but works ok if I use edge. Very odd.

Does anyone know if Ap is US or Australian $? Just doing first piece of work

Hi, does anyone know how it works with taxes if you are already employed and earning a salary paying basic rate of tax, and then you do prolific surveys for some pocket money on top? Do we need to declare this? I plan on just doing a few surveys each month so doubt it will be a huge sum. Sorry if this has been asked before! thanks

@Muffinpuffin surveys are not taxable so that's fine. Things like Appen and others you have to declare them and fill in a tax return. That's my understanding anyway.

@Muffinpuffin you are supposed to declare survey money for tax purposes but there is a £1000 a year allowance for self employed earnings separate to your employed earnings. If you make less than £1000 from Prolific, you won’t need to register.

I still don't have B* on my invoice - anyone else ?

And safari won't let me do the FB surveys ! Oh well...!

I got into App** via Chrome using an incognito window. That might work if clearing cookies didn't.
