Newbies welcome. We're all here for the same thing, get together and earn some extra cash. Aim for £10/day but every little (or lots) is good.

Yes I still can't get into it. I have tried everything suggested - clearing browser, using incognito window, using browsers other than chrome. I have tried changing my password 3 times now and still it won't work.

I sent them an email yesterday but who knows how long it will take for them to answer.

Getting annoyed with it now to be honest

Well, my invoice only had one of the dozen survey task I'd done this month, sent tickets with session IDs only to get the generic non-responses, so I'm done with Appen until they put me on a decent project and even then I'll be thinking twice before getting stuck in. Really disappointed at what a cowboy outfit they appear to be.

I can't get into App* via Chrome oyher than using the incognito window which is still working for me...sorry to hear it isn't for everyone. I can't see anything about invoice deadlines on the Social page as yet, and aside from Am*, there is only one piece rate task approved. Invoice cutoff is normally about the 3rd? If so, I will hang on for a couple of days before raising tickets.

I can get into Appen, although when I try to log in it says my session has expired or something so I just need to login again, which works. Using Chrome, not incognito. So that's very strange if it's affecting different people in different ways.

I see the bastard exchange rate has dropped again, just in time for App invoice. When I started App nearly a year ago, $14 was nearly £11. Today (Google exchange rate) it's £10.02 .

Incognito no longer working for me for App so tried clearing everything. Chrome still doesn't work for me (well it does except for the project page but that isn't much use..) but working in Firefox again. Bit of a faff but hopefully will be ok again now.

The plot thickens on am**.. I see some of the removed people are now back! Good to see the project rep and other helpful members back though.

Ap seems a bit weird at the moment and potato is deadly. Quiet day for me!

Appen seems to be having issues again. No way to log in on any of my browsers. It is so frustrating as I have invites to new projects to look at.

Appen invoice question

Are the surveys (auto generated New*len etc) that I did in February supposed to be in this invoice or in April's one?
Should i submìt my invoice without them or contact support?
This is my first month being paid by Appen, sorry about the newbie question

I messaged Appen about my missing survey invoices and then the appeared so may be worth doing that.

I did my Am** purchasing today. 8 items with only 4 successful so have a photo keyring, jeans, cardigan and children's book hopefully coming. One was a Tanzanian furniture emporium which only delivered in Africa, one a 7 foot beanbag which I was quite relieved to find had a checkout issue as apart from being enormous, it was in the States so I think extra charges could have blown the budget. What have other people had for this task this time?

@Elcantador contact them about the missing surveys but also make sure you submit your invoice before the deadline date which is on the news section. If they fail to add the surveys in time, as long as you have sent them a ticket (and followed it up in most cases), they will appear in the next month's invoice. Ideally, they should appear in the invoice of the month you did them in!

Starting off a very good day with prolific, £4 survey and £10 bonus. Tjis has to be a good month. I managed an hr on the B*ne project before it was paused. Hopefully we get more on Monday
