@whysotriggered and @felineflutter, i managed £6.48 in 1 hour and 9 minutes on Potato today after doing it a week. Like you say though, being more decisive and going quicker means I'm worried I've made mistakes... how quickly do they message you if they pick up on mistakes? Or do they just boot you off?

I've finally got tool access for an hour a day Appen project that I was accepted onto nearly a year ago so am very excited about starting that tomorrow 😁

They've started doing reimbursements processing for Am** I have had 2 rejected, they say I put one in for the wrong work flow (I didn't) and the other they say there was no item name on the receipt (there was).They also say on their e-mail that they only send 1 e-mail per issue but I seem to have duplicates. I'm not very impressed with their support tbh. I had an issue with one of my purchases and I got a reply about a week ago when the purchase had to be made the beginning of December

How annoying! I'm dreading mine being rejected. Appen as a platform has the worst communication and support I've ever encountered.

I got onto a decent Ap project a couple of months ago and I was making £800-£1000 a month doing around 20 hours a week. There was no real limit so I caned it for as long as I could. It has dried up now so I'm doing smaller ones and not making as much. Boo. I have applied to lots of stuff so hoping to get more projects. I was actually accepted to C&&&&n, even though I (narrowly) failed the qualification test, which is a bit odd. I think I'm now waiting for access to the tool so I can do another exam that apparently no-one passes. Grin

I just got a tracking update on my last A##r purchase and it looks like it might arrive tomorrow or Friday, so I can get my final review done before the January round. Yay. Not sure I'll get accepted this time round but I would love to do it again. It's such a laugh.

I've had two rejections for Amur. Already was told they were rejected once and did resubmissions and have had the rejection emails again.

One says purchase not completed? Even though I have the item and have reviewed it With images.

Second one says photo is before purchase not invoice and I think I remember uploading the wrong file so resubmitting it straight away at the time. And again after the first rejection so no idea what I'm supposed to do now

I’ve had two rejections on Amur for the same purchase. I had already resubmitted once because they said the price wasn’t on the receipt but it was both times, pretty clearly! I’ve had to raise a ticket as I have submitted a screenshot of the order confirmation and the confirmation email, both with the correct price on, I don’t have any other evidence I can resubmit again. How annoying.

I had two rejection emails last night both of which I think refer to the same purchase. But I just looked at my invoice and the rest of the reimbursements are showing up on it so hopefully I can resubmit this one in time.
It's my first time on this project so I feel so relieved that it's all gone through ok and can now get excited about doing the next round Smile

All my reimbursements went through ok Smile. I managed to return quite a few things too so I'm hoping I get chosen for the next round as I enjoyed it.

To raise a ticket then you go into the project and then on then left side there is a contact us button which allows you to send a message.

My reimbursements have gone through ok - relieved as I returned a couple of things straight away. An extra £120 for the returned products Smile

Looks like a lot of people are getting rejected reimbursements Sad hope everyone with issues get them resolved quickly.

All my Am is there. Which is good. After the email about being delayed I was a bit worried. Looks like a few people are having issues. I've had an issue with another project and they've not been very helpful, which I'm surprised at. I think it really depends on the project managers. Hope everyone that's having problems gets it sorted. Bit miserable, especially in January when there's enough going on.

Haha. I have a random $24 missing from my A##r invoice but my receipts must have been ok because nothing has been rejected. I queried the $24 so we'll see what they say. I'm not that concerned because at least I'm getting roughly what I expected, and should all of my returns go through ok I should make around £180 so that's a little bonus.

My whole Ap invoice was sent back to me for a review at 02.35 this morning. I happened to check my phone (because I've been following what's going on in the US) and I could not work out what was happening. Grin In the end I just submitted it and then panicked about it in the morning thinking I'd not read it properly with my sleepy eyes, but I think it was ok. There was one job that I had done one task for before the tasks ran out, but they insisted I had done two so the invoice was auto rejected. I'm really not bothered either way because the tasks were literally like 5 cents, so not worth submitting my invoice late for. Haha. I was so confused though.

Everything went through fine for me too. I am having an issue with another small project with them which I am waiting to hear back about but we are probably talking about $20 so it's not the end of the World. I'd still like it though!

Yeah, it could be that. I had it before but it wasn't quite as much as that, so I thought I'd check. I'm not expecting anything to come out of it but I always check. I bet they hate me because I'm always the one going "ahem, excuse me - is this correct?". Grin

It's been so quiet I've gone back to Intellizoom. Usually I only do card sorts because I have people around me most of the time, but I bit the bullet and did a think out loud the other day. I actually quite like doing them but I always end up with some weird financial task that I don't understand so I end up going "well this would probably be straightforward to most people but not to me lol!" And then I feel silly. It's still fun though.
