Anyone thinking of doing something similar?

I want to try to dramatically reduce spending next year and buy less stuff, as don’t really need anything and what I do need (will need clothes for biggest boy etc) try to get second hand.

My partner is selling his rental property and we hope to buy together early next year.

I'm saving for the furniture and other essentials in a flexonline account. I'm making sure I have other savings pots for fun things aswell :)

I can’t believe how much I have saved this month Shock
Well, not saved exactly but going towards my credit card Bill.
I feel so chuffed with myself. I have a spreadsheet that I am updating, it’s really helped.

Itemising would-be impulse purchases with their cost on a spreadsheet is inspired! Love it Smile

@ChocAuVin it’s slightly terrifying!

Haha yes, but sooo much more satisfying than totting up a huge Amazon bill at the end of the month Grin
