@GailLondon can I ask a question? Do I wait for the reimbursement to appear on the invoice before submitting it?

@ElectricEels, no the reimbursement is added as a bonus, after your invoice is submitted. You should usually get the 'piece rate' ($7 per item that you purchased) added to the invoice before the end of the month, but the reimbursements turn up a bit later.

@ElectricEels did you just do the resubmitted ones without converting, so in whatever currency the confirmation email was in?

@Ithinkim yes I had converted them but they have changed the guidance- it's on the adap tool saying you don't have to convert now.

So in just put the amount in dollars and said that's what was on the receipt

can anyone help me with reimbursements please- I've got a banging bad head and I'm getting myself inot a right tizzy. I've got screenshots of the order acknowledgment/receipt but do you have to date stamp them if no date mentioned? If so how? Alos its asking for url of the image but its just a screenshot from onedrive so no url

@Gatekeeper I found it easiest o print the email receipt to pdf which always has the time/date of the email on it. Then you drag that file to the left bit of the screen and click upload. This generates a link which you copy and paste into box 3.

Arghhh I've just realised I've submitted Am ** receipts and they don't have the time on can I use PayPal receipts and am I allowed to upload them all again? I thought it was going too well!! Thanks

@MarigoldMoonStone I get this all the time. The thing just spins and it looks like it's not submitting. Most of the time it does submit and if you go back to Home and refresh you might see your review pop up. I tend to copy my review text before pressing submit now because often it doesn't work and I have to do it again and it's a pain in the ass if I've written something and have to write it again.

@Mancbee I think you can reupload if you've done it wrong. PayPal receipts should be fine. I've used them during this round and they have time stamps and often conversions and other useful stuff.

Oh thanks for the tip @YonderTweek I have been trying for ages so many times and no sign that it has gone through! Think I will just try again tomorrow getting on my nerves now

@YonderTweek thank you! I've managed to find info in the guidelines about resubmitting as long as it's before the cut off date. I can't believe I missed the time stamp thing, too busy stressing about capturing the job ID I think! PayPal have the date and time on and luckily everything went through PayPal except one item so hopefully a screen shot of the email receipt for that one with the time I got the email and the date on the receipt will do.

Finally some time to sit and purchase my A*or items & I'm encountering a problem on the first purchase! Where you upload a screenshot of the webpage that has the proce and image of the product you purchased, it's not uploading my file. Has anyone else encountered this? Am I missing something? Can't understand why it's not working.

Get well soon @ZetaPuppis I've done 23 today and there's been on Agents available for ages now so will try to max out tomorrow. The Agents were all saying it was quiet so fingers crossed you get loads too :)
