Just trying to upload files to the reimbursement tool for Am - the file just doesn't do anything or appear so can't get the url. Any ideas? It's in the correct format, tried changing the format, logged in and out, I don't know what to do 😩

I'm stress eating pringles. This project is good but I'm so worried, I just want to get it right!

@TheLolaMontez is the file in jpeg? Mine were saved in jpeg and I didn't have any problem uploading. Obviously I couldn't continue because of my issue with no job ID

I did mine as a PDF and that worked fine - click inside the big box to find your file before hitting the blue Upload button (I kept trying the blue button without attaching the file as it wasn't completely clear where to click at first).

Winterjoy have you looked right down to the end of your work history, including the Load More bit at the bottom?

One of mine vanished down to nearly the end of the list.

I just got paid for some I've been waiting for, from neev*. Also for part of a task that they told me was invalid! About $70 altogether.

Hello! I'm glad I'm not the only one still stressing about this project.

Good to see others have done PDFs as well because I think that's what I read in the guidelines, but after checking out the chat it seems that lots of people are doing JPEGs. Also, I've just seen that they have a specific naming convention for the receipt screenshots and I have pretty much just shat a brick because I've only used the job ID and nothing else. Boo! Wonder if it's going to be a problem? I still have a few things to buy but I don't want to do anything until I get confirmation on how to format the bloody paperwork.

On a separate note, I got some payments through from mega old N*o jobs. That was a nice surprise.

@ruralwanderer I'm glad it wasn't just me who was clicking the upload button before attaching the file I thought the bit above was just for drag and drop to begin with.

@YonderTweek Oops I obviously missed the bit about naming the screenshots too as I just used the job ID. Also did PDF.

@YonderTweek I watched the video and they don't mention a specific naming convention and I was using that as my guide, so I've probably cocked up. I'm expecting that we'll get some sort of feedback as it's the first try at it but someone needs to sort out their materials. They contradict all over the place.

I watched the video guide they sent us via email, think I received it a few days ago and there was nothing on that about naming anything (?) hopefully we don't need to do that

PDF is definitely fine, it's in the FAQs. Can't see anything about naming the screenshots so don't think it can be too important.

Got my first item! Even though it's rubbish I've stupidly excited.

I've still not heard back from support about the jobID debacle, anyone else had better luck.

I've decided to cancel another item ordered which was complete rubbish. That still leaves me with 4 items, lol.

I have two dispatched, one should arrive next week but the other is coming from US. Not had an update on the others yet.

Not heard back from support. I've only managed to cancel two. Had two replies back saying they got my email when it has already been shipped. I called the bank unfortunately I could not cancel unti the items arrive and then I raise a dispute with merchant. :(

@Rad2016 on plus side if we ever did this project again we would be brilliant at it

I'm still waiting to hear back from support before I can even do my 2nd purchase, annoying that you can't skip to the next one while you wait! I have bought 1 item and am not twiddling my thumbs to see if I can proceed with the next one.

I got an item already too - the thing we wanted! I'm expecting another 3 or 4 tomorrow according to tracking info. The others are all from far afield though so likely to be a while.

I think one email said something like 'we suggest you include the job ID when naming your files', or something to that effect, but nothing definitive.
