@margaritasbythesea. Go Go Go :)

Rad2016 · 14/07/2020 14:15

It's so nice to have task on since morning. I've been in and out. UK ran out US still on. My finger hurts, taking a break

Horehound · 14/07/2020 14:30

Danni was in the queue for the calls. There were two agents and I was first in the queue. The. Both agents left and I waited ten mins but ended up leaving. Then Neevo sent another email to folk saying they've closed the quiet environment and to do the noisy one. This is the only one I have been doing. Now there's ten folk ahead of me and only one agent.

Horehound · 14/07/2020 15:28

I'm confused about appen. I've seen people saying they've spied to everything but I seem to have submitted an application and can't do anything else :s application still under review bit i think it was just a basic ticky box thing. Can I also apply for the micro projects and long term ones? Cause I think when i tried it tells you to sign in and once that's done it says your application is under review but that's only for the first thing i applied for.

ruralwanderer · 14/07/2020 16:24

USA Wouri still going strong 👍😁

unicornpoopoop · 14/07/2020 18:19

@ZetaPuppis you need to make sure that's filled in at the end of each month. If you've got any from last month that you didn't fill in I would probably email them and explain you have it all written down but didn't realise how it was supposed to be submitted. I keep my own records and then every few days just make sure I enter it on the timesheet. Make sure you push save each time as well!

Horehound · 14/07/2020 18:25

Do you have to invoice on clickworker?

ZetaPuppis · 14/07/2020 18:32

@unicornpoopoop argh what a pain. Thanks for that.

Azerothi · 14/07/2020 18:42

@Horehound No, its automatic.

seizethecuttlefish · 14/07/2020 19:40

W done but that was the best run yet. Happy days.

Horehound · 14/07/2020 20:07

Are these projects on appen that people give the first letter to?

On my appen it says no jobs available and I don't have any levels or questions to answer. I hate the website!

seizethecuttlefish · 14/07/2020 20:44

@Horehound are you on global, by any chance?

Is this the link you use?

connect.appen.com/qrp/public/home

Horehound · 14/07/2020 20:57

Emm @seizethecuttlefish this is where I go and what my page looks like when I sign in. Earlier on I did see the layout you have posted and that's where I saw there's different things to apply to but I think that's when I clicked a job then logged in and took me to a dashboard where it basically says I have no merit and need to do some jobs Confused

@Horehound I have the same page as you - no jobs yet

Tinging · 14/07/2020 22:51

@Horehound I joined appen in January and it took about 6 weeks to get past that holding page stage. Once you have been accepted for your first project you don't get that page and don't have to do the waiting again. Some people only waited a week so I think it depends which one you applied for first as to how quick it will be.

seizethecuttlefish · 15/07/2020 07:51

I've been with Appen ages so can't remember how long it took me. I think I did a dreaded voice recording project quite quickly after signing up but I think they've got much busier. Hope you get somewhere soon.

Catatemyhomework · 15/07/2020 09:38

I joined Appen in December and didn't get a project until March.

Rad2016 · 15/07/2020 10:47

Morning guys. Is anyone on the Alum project on Appen? I just got selected so hopefully a supervisor will reach out to me with a ticket.

seizethecuttlefish · 15/07/2020 11:54

@Rad2016 it's a nice easy one. Did it a few weeks back.

zosie24 · 15/07/2020 15:10

Great thread! Thank you! Slowly working my way through some suggestions. I've just started trying to boost my income this month to try and add to my savings.

Question about Neevo - I've read the FAQ's about payment, but still a bit confused about when you're actually paid. It reads to me as though you're paid when the project/tasks end, but how do you know it won't go on for months?

Rad2016 · 15/07/2020 15:53

@54seizethecuttlefish thanks very much. Hopefully work start for me soon on that. Fingers crossed

TheLolaMontez · 15/07/2020 15:55

Had a few well paid surveys in Prolific earlier today but nothing since. I've done a bit of potato this afternoon, just taking a break as I'm flagging.

Been looking around for some easy mind numbing tasks but its very quiet everywhere.

Cloudworkers is dead, I've never seen it be so quiet. Maybe it will pick up at the weekend. Could really do with cashing out with them but not earned enough for a while.

Nothing on Clickworker either for me :(

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 15/07/2020 17:09

Nice easy job on CW UHRS if anyone has some time.

MrsWombat · 15/07/2020 18:11

Woohooo! Just been paid by Crisp. Only sent the invoice in yesterday. Grin

0htooooodles · 15/07/2020 18:43

@MrsWombat same here 🥳🥳
