@MrsWombat is that the same as budgeting to zero? YNAB is excellent - its about $40 per year, but it is worth its weight in gold.

I just got my free share and it was worth £6.23! Well worth the minimal effort

Catatemyhomework · 10/02/2020 20:53

@Whatsmyname2019, I managed 120 before the task disappeared. I would have been happy to do them all day.

@Catatemyhomework 120 here too, I’d do them all day too, quite relaxing lol

SNISR · 10/02/2020 20:56

I'm blind because I'm scrolling down to find @Otterses Instagram account name and can't find it. 😬 could someone kindly tell me what it is.

Lougle · 10/02/2020 21:01

www.instagram.com/otterses/

I think her tag is just £10 a day

Catatemyhomework · 10/02/2020 21:07

I signed up to Instagram using 'catatemyhomework'. Not my real name. I'm just not that keen on being on social media and don't want anyone to recognise me! I may post a picture of my cat!

3dogsnorth · 10/02/2020 21:08

@otterses following!

Lougle · 10/02/2020 21:16

How is UTest going for you today, @Catatemyhomework?

SNISR · 10/02/2020 21:24

Thank you! @Lougle 😊

Madre77 · 10/02/2020 21:29

I got 1 on neevo before it finished.. that has to be a record 😂😂

BertieBotts · 10/02/2020 21:45

Ynab isn't $40 a year any more :( try me that! And they have nixed the three month trials so you can only get one month and then pay monthly if you're not sure which is about $12 a month! It's so expensive, still the only budgeting software I've ever managed to get this far on though so I'm paying it, but it's in the region of costs I'd cut out if they aren't necessities. I try to stay away from their promotional stuff because it all assumes you're a software developer in San Francisco making six figures.

BertieBotts · 10/02/2020 21:46

Try double that, not me Hmm

seizethecuttlefish · 10/02/2020 22:05

I've been doing some MB and Casino offers but not making much so I think I'll be withdrawing the money and concentrating on other stuff. I'm loving this thread. I stopped visiting for a while when it got a bit on sided. So glad to have somewhere to check in.

Crisp is quiet but ticking along. Not much going on with Appen. A few cycles I'm waiting to see on uTest. I'm never quick enough on Neevo and Clickworker has been quiet but I'm staying positive. I can't believe how much has changed in 7 months of finding this thread.

Massive thanks to @Otterses for this fab thread and everyone else that has helped and advised me.

Catatemyhomework · 10/02/2020 22:25

@Lougle, UTest has been quiet for me today. It's weird because I had to turn a couple down last week as I didn't think I'd have time to complete them. Plus one of them I didn't feel confident with. I did a lot over the weekend with a test cycle and hoping they get approved but haven't heard yet. How are you getting on?

Lougle · 10/02/2020 22:25

That's weird, @BertieBotts. I've used ynab for ages and my renewal is due mid-February. My account page says they'll take $45.

Lougle · 10/02/2020 23:22

It was quiet for me at the weekend, mainly because I turned down a couple due to not feeling that I had the skills required. But I had some come in on Sunday, so I have been busy today. I've got another one that I'm going to look at tomorrow. I've got 6 issues outstanding, so we'll see whether they are approved.

I think it will be quite good once I speed up and get more confident.

MrsWombat · 11/02/2020 06:49

Yes, YNAB is based on the zero based budget. I like their podcasts, but not the price of their app when I have credit card debt and already pay for Office 365. Grin I might see if they do a black Friday sale as I should have paid the credit card off by the end of the year. Lougle I think you might be on an old tariff for existing users.

Lougle · 11/02/2020 06:56

I think $84 per year is outrageous and much as I value ynab, I wouldn't pay it.

BertieBotts · 11/02/2020 07:21

The old price is grandfathered in for those who signed up before according to the reddit sub.

squizzles · 11/02/2020 07:27

Place marking. Need to pay off 3k debt

DuchessMinnie · 11/02/2020 08:04

@squizzles I am also here to pay off debt- sadly a lot more than yours. I am finding it really slow at the moment. Qmee is my biggest earner, Prolific is non-existent. Clickworker again didn't give me a completion code this morning so am chasing the grand sum of 50p... it feels like a lot of effort at the moment.

justtheonethen · 11/02/2020 08:39

20 euro job on clickworker

rhij86 · 11/02/2020 08:39

Morning all, not sure if I missed much over the weekend/yesterday!

Things still moving slowly on most fronts here. Need to get myself set up and started on my LB project today though, so hoping then that will be a nice little earner ticking over. My UHRS money from last week is showing up on my pending payments in clickworker now, which is something at least.

So many things I want/need to use the money for, but in order: help boost our moving house fund, top up my mat pay, then pay off debt as quickly as possible.

Didn't get anything done yesterday as we were out and about all day, had our 20wk scan and the newest member-to-be of the £10 a day club is looking perfect! Had their legs crossed so sonographer can't be 100% certain but she's pretty confident we're having a girl :)

Hope you're all well, here's to another week of money making.
