@ZetaPuppis I'm on monitoring too. I find the support really good as I've queried a few things. I'm guilty of overthinking it. No idea of my speed as my dashboard isn't working but stick with it and ask. They've been really good. You'll be doing great. I've not managed many hours as my kids are off and it's been manic

I m a new crisper too I received my log in last Monday and I ve not been on yet as I was crazy busy in my full time job last week and this week I ve been trying to keep my Appen hours up in between organising Christmas. I m worried I m going to get kicked off Crisp as I really really wanted it but I can’t see me having any time to sit down and get my head round it until at least the 27th! Hopefully they recognise it’s a really busy time of year for everyone!!

Not done a lot this last week (bloody relatives and Christmas ) but had a stab at the Neevo ones...hmm, not as easy as pretending to be a disgruntled customer. Will have another go if I get the chance as I have zilch on Appen at the moment.

What's going on with Cloudworkers? All the shifts have been taken bar the stupid o clock hours for week 1 next week. Never seen that before.

@seizethecuttlefish I just got a message back. I’d made a couple of errors but at least it’s clear to me now what else I need to consider.

@BlackCatFan with crisp if you move onto phase 2 does monitoring stay the same or do you get an unsure button? When you talk about support do you mean emailing ones your unsure about or do you actually contact shift supervisors at the time you’re doing it?

@GachaBread There were plenty when I booked a few shifts yesterday afternoon. Have you made sure you changed the date to 2020, or maybe there is a problem with it now.

@Whatsmyname2019 when you move onto phase 2 there is an unsure button. With items you're unsure about they ask you to email support with a list of all of them in one email (they're not keen on being sent them one by one) alternatively you can ask a shift manager as soon as you're unsure about something, this is generally what I do now.. but at the beginning I had a lot of items I was unsure about so I'd put them all into an email instead; hope that makes sense.

@BlackCatFan do we get paid for phase 1 on Crisp?

I started my 7 days on phase 1 on Friday I think it was. I have been doing an hour a day and so far am finding it fairly easy I hope. Most seems to be no risk I think. I haven't been able to do any yesterday. Does this matter? Will they stop me from carrying on?
