Ok, here is the list so far....

Gas

Tv,Phone,Internet
Loan
Provident
Credit Card
Cooker
Washing machine

I'm sure there is something major missing somewhere. I don't pay rent or council tax at the mo so it's not that.

£2 in a jar often all adds up. Any time you get a £2 coin stick it in a jar

UCM · 24/08/2007 16:32

I did . I meant to reply as well, sorry.

nutcracker · 24/08/2007 16:32

Nope no window cleaner either unfortunatly lol.

I do wear glasses yes but don't change them unless they fall apart and then tend to have people give me the money as b'day pressie.

I do have 2 other additional outgoings at the mo, but they are temp. I am paying for dd1's france trip and owe my mum £45 for school shoes.

What it is, is that I have not been doing it weekly but have been paying stuff as it comes in. This however isn't working as some weeks I have nothing at all, so i need to sort it all out to weekly, but it seems quite daunting.

I should have £51 a week left according to todays figures, but i never have that.

Are you in a lottery Syndicate or something like that.

charliecat · 24/08/2007 16:37

If you dont spend before it comes in. And you havent forgot anything it works nutty. Stick with it!

nutcracker · 24/08/2007 16:37

I cannot wait to get rid of the provident debt, as that costs me £18 a week, which is crap when i have no money, but i still have just under a year to go on that.

Cooker will be paid off before xmas, and washing machine in about March i think.

in your "food" budget - do you include your "extras" (bread, milk, etc) that you may have to buy more often than when you actually food shop??

nutcracker · 24/08/2007 16:37

Nope no lotto, don't play.

OP posts:
katz · 24/08/2007 16:38

try doing it the other way round, for a week right down every penny you spend on everything, you'll soon see where that £50 goes
