Ha, I think that my issue was that I was putting too many risks on some! I only had a couple where there was only one.

Sigh, will keep trying!

Thank you!

anxiouswaiting · 05/11/2019 21:44

Anyone on Inari-C and got the e-mail about increased hours?

It says e-mail if you can't meet the new commitment and I am really not sure if I can consistently! I assume though if you say you can't meet it then you get kicked off and that's the bulk of my monthly earnings. Getting 3x the money each month would make such difference for me, potential for about £600 a month. Just worried I won't be able to manage the 3 hours especially on days I am working a 12 hour shift.

seizethecuttlefish · 05/11/2019 22:02

Appen question. Frankly it's driving me mad. They've lost my Bane hours. Admittedly it wasn't a lot of work but I stupidly didn't take a note of how long I spent! I billed for working on Nile, it's the first self billing I have done and they are saying I've over invoiced. I have evidence of completing the work each day, so are they wanting me to record to the minute? Sometimes I'm over the hour but I don't get paid for that, which I understood. I've queried it but honestly I'm hardly making a penny with all this going back and forward. Any advice? I'm now another 5 days in and I can see this happening this month too. Confused

Tohaveandtohold · 05/11/2019 22:17

@anxiouswaiting, dh is on Inari-c and got that message too. Doing the 3 hours a day is going to be hard as he also works full time but he’s determined to try (all the proceeds are going towards paying the cc).
@seizethecuttlefish, I’m not sure about how it works for Nile but with the project dh works on, he sends an invoice for how long he works (not how long he should work) if that makes sense. So if he did the work in 50 minutes, that’s what’ll be on the invoice, not the 1 hour. He has never spent more than an hour though.

Muir23 · 06/11/2019 06:18

Hi all,
Joining you as I’ve been accepted for Crisp and just now through to the live channels but haven’t been paid for anything yet.
Could anyone give me a rough idea of how much I could earn from Crisp by doing around 1/2 hour an day?
Thanks very much in advance

Otterses · 06/11/2019 06:28

Virgin have a good offer for existing customers, deposit £10 and get a £10 bonus (bonus used before deposit, and winnings are a 1x wager before you can withdraw).

I also just wanted to check everyone is doing the daily free games on Heart Bingo, Jackpot Joy and Virgin?

Otterses · 06/11/2019 06:31

@Muir23

It's hard to say, I'm assuming you're the same sort of snail pace speed we all were when we started. It also depends if you work during surges.

I think I was about £200 in my first month with an hour ish a day. So I'd say probably £100-150. But that'll all change once you feel more confident and pick up speed Smile

seizethecuttlefish · 06/11/2019 06:44

I've queried it and Appen have a different amount of time from me. I have screen shots of completed screens so I've messaged them back. I'm now worried that I'll get chucked off as I'm disagreeing. I've honestly never been as stressed. This is my only income and after months there is no chance of me becoming the Crisp chosen few Sad

Muir23 · 06/11/2019 06:50

Thanks @Otterses. Yes currently as slow as a slow worm but hopefully will get faster as I do more!

justtheonethen · 06/11/2019 07:00

@seizethecuttlefish yes you have to do it for actual time up to an hour, so if you spend less then you invoice for less. I have to eek it out to make it an hour. I am on a slightly different version of Nile and could easily do it in 20 mins but I want my hours pay

@Muir23 as @Otterses says it depends how quick you are. In a surge you could earn £10 a day doing half a hour. More likely though you will get about £5 a day that way. Or £2 a day while you learn the ropes, I was definitely earning about £4 an hour for the first week Grin

justtheonethen · 06/11/2019 07:02

Some of you will remember that my need to earn money was so I didn't have to go back to work after my (already extended) maternity leave and also to pay for my next round of ivf. Well I'm delighted to say that the ivf worked and I'm pregnant. So @Otterses is in line for god mother Grin

margaritasbythesea · 06/11/2019 07:13

Oh congratulations justheonethen!Smile

Wolfff · 06/11/2019 07:13

@justtheonethen

Many congratulations!

Otterses · 06/11/2019 07:21

@justtheonethen

ShockShockShock

THAT IS FANTASTIC NEWS!

I'm honestly speechless.

justtheonethen · 06/11/2019 07:22

@Otterses I am too, I can't believe it worked!

Bemystarlord · 06/11/2019 07:31

When I logged into Appen this morning there were 5 new rating jobs to apply for all at 20hr a week each! Might be worth checking out although obviously doesn't we will here back with it being Appen!!

@justtheonethen huge congratulations, thats amazing news 😘

Bemystarlord · 06/11/2019 07:35

Still waiting to be added to the Inari tool, you would think if they had lots of extra work they would get on with adding the new people too!

MrsWombat · 06/11/2019 07:39

I've just applied for all the new Appen projects. 20 hours a week! Hopefully I'll get one?

seizethecuttlefish · 06/11/2019 07:45

Fantastic news @justtheonethen

sunnyflowerblooming · 06/11/2019 07:52

Somebody asked me about that Honeygain app. How I found it was that I was reading different articles about ways how I can earn online. Then I saw that this app is mentioned in some different articles, I read some reviews and decided to give it a try and it didn't disappoint me.
@BlockRockinBeats yeh, you are right, it's available for Windows, Mac, and Android. I have Mac laptop and Android smartphone to it's a good combination, if you are loyal to Apple, then you can use it only on your laptop, but cannot on your iphone.

rhij86 · 06/11/2019 08:09

@justtheonethen that's absolutely fantastic news, congratulations!! We may be due around the same time? So pleased for you.

I came on here to tell people about all the new appen projects but you all beat me to it Grin. Have applied for them all! could backfire spectacularly haha.

anxiouswaiting · 06/11/2019 08:10

@justtheonethen congratulations, that is amazing news!

Frenchdoors1 · 06/11/2019 08:12

Lovely news @justtheonethen
Congratulations!

seizethecuttlefish · 06/11/2019 08:23

Thanks @justtheonethen
I think I'm just going to admit defeat with arguing. It's 30 tasks and the message I got was 30 tasks = 1 hour billed. So I was reading that as I had to complete 30 tasks but I guess it could read it has to be the hour. I doubt I'm much quicker lol.

I've applied for the new projects but it sounds as if they might be calling on you for surges, which I may have misread. Not sure how that would work around school runs etc here but I'm applying. Need something more than a bit here and there.

Was looking at teaching online but I can't commit to the hours during the day as I have a toddler. Will keep looking.

toastytea · 06/11/2019 08:30

@seizethecuttlefish it is 30 or 1 hour. Don't panic. If you've got the screenshots you should be fine.

The only thing I can think is that you've billed more than 7 hours in one week?

Have you just been putting 1 hour a day on your invoice?
