Doing very nicely out of intellizoom

Remember you can invoice 15 mins for the quizzes if you do the task immediately after

MoreMoneyPlease · 13/11/2019 16:27

@DontCallMeDarling Are the project chats on the Workplace website/app?

Frenchdoors1 · 13/11/2019 16:29

@mumofone2019

You mentioned neevo having a task on now, is that still the voice one or a new one? Smile

Frenchdoors1 · 13/11/2019 16:32

Ahh, it's ok. Just read there aren't any available.

Itsallaboutdamoney · 13/11/2019 16:55

Appen - not having any luck with being offered any tasks.
Neevo - just joined up but no jobs available.
Crisp - passed 2 months ago and still waiting.
Cloudworkers - applied for but they just wanted to mess me around.
Clickworkers - made 1.36 euros in 3 weeks (mostly due to either not having a iphone 7 (and upwards phone) or an Android.
Prolific - never anything, so have given up logging in.
Matched betting - ended up having to use the little i did make on 2 bills, so now need to start from scratch.
work-from-home - waiting up until 1am-4am in the morning to confirm ID is not an appropriate time, when i have to be up at 6.30am.
Text ranch - i somehow failed the proof reading test.
63336.com - applied and never heard anything back.
operadorchat.com - applied last week and never heard anything back.
adultchatjobs.co.uk - applied last week and never heard anything back.

So yes i think i'm doing quite well Grin

DontCallMeDarling · 13/11/2019 17:26

@MoreMoneyPlease Chat is on normal Appen website. DO NOT CHAT ON SRT, it is not allowed.

@Itsallaboutdamoney Regarding prolific, do you have chrome? if so get the extension so you are informed immediately of a study. They go so fast that logging in and checking will not get you anywhere. Even with the extension if I wait even a minute before checking, all the places are gone!
work-from-home - I didn't continue with it in the end, but I did not have to wait til the early morning, had my training at 12noon and did ID about 10am.
With the others, it is a waiting game, I have waited for quite a while for a project, passing exams that sometimes led to more waiting. This time around I passed exams and actually started but of course proof will be in the payment and that is some time off! Also yet to get feedback so part of me is unsure how well I am actually doing.

What I have discovered is none of this work can be guaranteed to last and you have to just keep plugging away and keep your fingers crossed.

MoreMoneyPlease · 13/11/2019 17:27

@itsallaboutdamoney Really hope something comes good for you soon! I get a few things from Intellizoom, have you signed up with them?

Redda · 13/11/2019 17:40

Hi all, long time no see! I'm still alive and plodding along having started AD's, having awful side effects and coming off them after 6 weeks so the last couple of months have been shocking earnings wise. I seem to have my mojo back (for the moment anyway Grin).

Loving all the content on Crisp, much prefer it busy! Also finally passed an Appen test this morning, I've failed so many I was shocked that I got through - it's one of the 20 hour ones which will be a godsend if I can do it properly, the invoicing etc does look complicated though.

Hope you are all okay, I'll try to read through when I get chance :)

Itsallaboutdamoney · 13/11/2019 17:43

@DontCallMeDarling Yes regarding prolific, i did have the extension for chrome (forgot what it was called now) but when Appen finally activated my registration (as this even took months), they said to delete all browser extensions, so i've deleted it.

work-from-home, you did your ID at 10am...via skype they've told me they're available between 1am-4am UK time. 10am would be perfect for me....so i don't know what thats all about.

I know ive been reading through some posts today, and the Appen exams seem a nightmare. Infact i think my CV i sent off to Appen is whats halted me getting any tasks from them as of yet....i should have made some "Appen friendly" amendments, i just didn't think at the time.

@MoreMoneyPlease I actually just joined up with intellizoom about 20mins ago (from seeing it mentioned on here)....ive filled all my profile in. Got a study from doing this, answered a couple of Q's, to then be told im not suitable.

Im just going to remain patient and keep plugging away.

justtheonethen · 13/11/2019 17:43

Hi @Redda nice to see you! Hope you're doing well.

Money from Appen to payoneer- how long does it normally take to hit PayPal? They kept mine under review for ten days last month Angry

MoreMoneyPlease · 13/11/2019 17:46

Thank you @DontCallMeDarling I'm working my way through the Appen Academy which is what I should have done in the first place... Blush Just found the Chat tab!

MotherOfLittlePeople · 13/11/2019 17:59

Can I ask what Appen is please?

MotherOfLittlePeople · 13/11/2019 18:01

@SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock I can't find Amur online can you send me a link please

Otterses · 13/11/2019 18:06

@MotherOfLittlePeople

Amur is a project on Appen, so can't just be linked to I'm afraid.

Appen is sort of a hard one to explain, it's sort of as hoc, short-long term homeworking. Projects are really varied, but NDA's prevent us discussing whatever project someone is doing in detail.

StudentHelp · 13/11/2019 18:07

What's the extension for prolific called please?

MrsWombat · 13/11/2019 18:29

Appen payments are coming!!! Grin

For those wanting to know what Appen is about, the project are all different and secret, but basically it’s all mostly data entry stuff for big household companies. Having social media accounts is helpful for some projects. They pay $14 an hour for most projects. If you sign up and apply for some projects you will see the sort of things they do.

My referral for anyone interested, but I would recommend them even without the referral scheme. I earn far more a month from the data stuff. connect.appen.com/qrp/public/jobs?uref=a91a549efbd436fa36c6845b7ef3fce6

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 13/11/2019 18:34

Clickworker payments gone in :-)

MoneyM · 13/11/2019 18:35

Wow so just realised Payoneer take $3 per payment from Appen? What a rip off!

@Otterses do you need any qualifications for it?

Otterses · 13/11/2019 19:11

@MotherOfLittlePeople

Rarely, but it's project dependant Smile

IsolaPribby · 13/11/2019 20:07

@MoneyM I have just seen that too, l clicked on the payment terms as I was setting up my account. It does seem like a lot!

Payoneer are also asking me to verify my account by asking questions about my business, what it does, and how many invoices I will be submitting! I just don't know, but you need to give an answer Confused

rhij86 · 13/11/2019 20:08

I've not had my appen payment :(

MoneyM · 13/11/2019 20:12

@rhij86 If it's the $5 you're due, Payoneer take $3 and then with the conversion rate and withdrawal fees it was giving me a grand total of 89p to withdraw. Not even worth the time doing all the verification they want!

rhij86 · 13/11/2019 20:14

@moneym no I'm waiting on about $160 (before fees etc) from them.
Do you get them to pay into your paypal in £?
I had them pay in $ and they took no fee, so then it was just paypals conversion rate when exporting to my bank. I got £4.01 for the $5 project
