Hello veterans and newbies can't believe we're still going a quarter of the way through the year!

I don't know about everyone else, but I've been crap at tracking properly. Obviously I've got invoices to go off, but I'm going to try to be better this month.

Good start this morning! £28 (£18 less my £10 deposit) on a virgin bonanza box, £8 cashback on the virgin deal too. £10.61 Appen work already done today. I most likely won't do any Crisp today, as I've got an essay due Friday I need to crack on with.

£36.31 so far this month.

How's everyone else ticking along?

My dashboard hasn’t updated for yesterday either. Wasn’t sure if it was traumatised because I seen something worse than the willy pic!

@1disneyfanatic I only started 2 days ago and am still in shock at the video clip i had to moderate yesterday. Let's just say the guy was putting large random objects where they probably should not be going

@Misskitty86 yes mine was similar but very graphic and gore at the end. I’ve been doing Crisp for about 5 weeks and never had anything like it before so I don’t think it’s a regular thing. The adverts are definitely varied! Hope you’re not to traumatised

^ I'm scared about this with my Lionbridge application. It's an Internet safety evaluator post but I really don't want to have to see anything gory

@Misskitty86 I promise it really isn't common to see this sort of stuff. Still pretty grim though!

@GoodPlaceJanet it's part of the job I'm afraid you're effectively doing this, so other people don't have to witness it themselves. If you don't feel you can handle it, I'd look at other opportunities.

I've decided Thursdays are comping day I WILL WIN SOMETHING ONE DAY... I'm supposed to be doing some more now. But I got distracted in the garden when I put my planters and compost out and attracted loads of snails and slugs... DS will be very impressed with my gardening talents when he wakes up!

@Otterses from your experience how frequent is it?

I don't mind nudity/swearing/general offensiveness but I do struggle with violence.

@1disneyfanatic it was just a bit awkward Cos my other half was walking past and saw it over my shoulder.. so I had to explain and I made him watch it too so it wasn't just me having to try and wipe the image from my memory haha

It doesn't happen that often from what I can see. I've had 2 sexual photos and that's from around 25-30,000 items moderated.
Obviously there's lots of swearing etc but in my (short admittedly) experience I haven't seen anything too bad.

@GoodPlaceJanet I've actually never had anything worse than profanity! Other than that, not seen a sausage, literally.

Thanks guys hopefully it'll be rare. Just got to get through the mammoth exam first...

Crisp wasn't too bad last night in the end although there were a few that I think needed a response from customer service but there was only a PR risk or not option.

I'm hoping I did it right by just selecting not.

Also how long did it take for your Klipfolio login to arrive? I'm still half suspecting I'm stuck in training mode!

Klip login took ages! You just have to keep going blind for now unfortunately.

Oh, if it's not a PR issue you select no, ignore customer service etc unless it's an option. If you're not sure just click unsure if it's an option. I still do that a lot.

Log in took a while- about a week? You get paid for everything you do though so don't worry. Just annoying going blind!

@pineapplepatty I had some on Crisp last night that were profanity or spam etc, but it only asked me whether or not it was a customer service issue! I just selected “no issue”

Payment from Crisp just hit my paypal account!. So paypal is definitely quicker but I got charged a fee by paypal. Did this happen to everyone else? Might go back to bank transfer next time if so.

@crazygirluk yep I got charged both times - do you not get charged via the bank? I'll go through the bank next time if not, especially when you think how much work you have to do to pay the charge!

@Otterses my payment is still pending to buy my first Axie - did yours take a while too?

@reddA yes! My two and egg have only just cleared. I'm guessing it's to do with the seller having to accept payment?

How much is the PayPal charge?

Do you get paid by bank as quickly as PayPal?

There was no charge via bank but it took way longer. Like a week more maybe. And the charge seems to be around 3.5% on PayPal.

@crazygirluk thanks, I'll probably use bank transfer next time then to avoid fees (If I can figure out the invoicing)

@Otterses I now am the proud owner of an Axie not that I know what to do with it! I can't buy any more until they let me use my bank account instead of my card - limit is £5 per week on card! Looks like a bit of fun anyway :)

You need three to do 'battle' to gain experience so they can breed and 'level up'.

A question to other Crispers, if i may...

I started 'for real' on Crisp on Tue 14 May. I have done a couple of hours each day since then but nothing is showing up on my Crisp dashboard. Is this normal at first?

I am lucky in that all my log ins came at once so I was able to set up everything in one go. I took a week to read through all the WIKI notes after setting up my log ins. Then I set to work on Tues.

So, three days have passed since I have been working on Crisp yet nothing is showing on my dashboard, despite me having the log in from the start.

Any advice? Does it take a while for the dashboard to keep up with new starters? I know some if you didn't know how much you had earned since you didn't have the dashboard when you started. trouble is, I have had the dashboard since I started the 'real work' but nothing is showing after three days.

Shall I just keep plodding on hoping that all my work has been logged somewhere? I am worried I have out all these hours in for nothing!

Any advice, fellow Crispers?
