MLM Bot Watch 41 - Forever Living charity giving, are MLMers using charities to increase their CC's while making it look like they are being charitable?

Are charities being used by MLMer's to gain CC's, gain new leads, and get rid of stock?

Here is an example of a top Forever Living Business Owner in the UK taking advantage of a charity.

It may look like she is doing something good for the charity but she isn't. The charity will be getting 20% of profits. The business owner, the current UK number 2 in Forever Living, who recently picked up a $420,000 cheque at the Forever Living global rally in Dallas is just getting her Case Credits (CC's) up, and hoping to get new leads to sign up under her.

For everything that she sold Forever Living will have taking the biggest cut, then the business owners upline will have taken a cut, and then the business owner herself. Her profit will be very small and then she was only going to give away to the charity 20% of that. It could be as little as £10, probably a lot less, despite the members of the group spending hundreds of pounds with her. I hope she had the decency to at least add to it. For a 'charity night' where someone who has received multi-million dollars in cheques, and received $420k two months ago you'd expect at least 3 figures to be donated. 20% of her profits from that night will have been ridiculously small.

The charity will be getting even less as you can see she is running special offers which will come out of her profit, reducing the amount available to the charity even more.

As you can see in one of the screenshots someone in the local area of the charity attempted to warn the charity that the business owners motives may not be as charitable as it seems and the business owner wants to take the discussion away from public view, and then deleted the reply instead of giving a reply to show that the poster was wrong. She can't show the poster is wrong as the poster is right so instead chose to make it all go away.

The screenshot of a slide is one used by someone in the business owners downline, who correctly refers to the charity night as 'a launch' which is what it was, it wasn't for charity, it was for the business owner to sell her products and hopefully get some new recruits to her business.

The same business owner last year set up a justgiving page for donations to make up 'Positive Packs' to give to those suffering with breast cancer.

"The cost is 20 pounds which is non profit making and the pack value is worth far more. This will fund a Positive Pack containing Forever Toothgel, Aloe lips, Ever Shield Deodorant, fast break bar and some woolly socks and to every pack I will personally add a heat lotion, an aloe gelly and a herbal blossom tea sachet and an aloe to go."

So the donations will be used by the business owner to buy the items through her own account where she will make a profit from receiving a percentage of what is spent. She will also receive case credits from that. The case credits she received from sending out these Positive Packs will have gone towards her getting the $420k cheque in Dallas in April. So non-profit is not true as the business owner will be profiting in two ways.

The items can also be bought for a LOT less elsewhere, a tube of toothpaste can cost £1 from a supermarket, a stick of deodorant the same. I also wouldn't call toothpaste and deodorant something that anyone pampers themselves with, they are necessities.

The business owner will have used Forever Living products in the bags despite the recipients getting a lot less, and no luxury items, because she benefited herself from doing so. She also would have been able to, and did, use the Positive Packs to advertise Forever Living Products, and at least some of them were given out at a big presentation where the business owner would have been able to present her business opportunity there, some of whom are very vulnerable.

Messiah's posts from yesterday show him to be totally and utterly deluded about the impact of the TS Life launch. Really, what is so earth shattering about selling a few shakes, supplements and 'beverages' (that word gives me the rage for some reason)? How is that going to 'blaze a trail globally'? How can that be the 'LAUNCH OF ALL TIME'?!

It's hardly Bill Gates or Steve Jobs delivering cutting edge technology from their garages, is it? It's not really the first mobile phone call, is it? ? There is nothing new at all about what he is doing - same, tired products, same, rubbish business model......... yet I think that he absolutely believes what he is posting - that it is going to change the world. His self belief and delusion is staggering.

At the time of the FLP aeroplane comedy I provided this as an alternative transport for the Aloe Huns

Sleaze's son has joined the family business.

After everything he has been through, they have roped him in to their latest Ponzi. He's got his whole life ahead of him now and they rope him in to this.

Brokebot's burning some bridges today. Made an FB comment calling the CEO of the MLM he just left (Hempworx) a "shady prick".

Still, this next MLM could be the one, eh Broke?

fitgirl26 · 06/07/2018 16:27

Wig 'n Sleaze have also roped in Sleaze's ex partner (the mother of his son). Apparently she was so poor she was living in a tent but has miraculously turned her life around via a Bitcoin ponzi and is now using hospital visits with her son as an opportunity to promote it. Lovely.

There’s a #SuccessDay coming up huns! Anyone know where it is being held? Tickets must be a bit slow as there is a chance to be entered into a prize draw if you buy your tickets by the end of tomorrow. A few lucky huns will win... DRUM ROLL - a Forever Living branded deckchair!!

Imagine that as a talking point. You’d definitely have the park/beach/garden to yourself...

Paddy1234 · 06/07/2018 16:48

Next Saturday they are holding a success day at Ricoh arena - 650 seated and 700 standing capacity - some good camera angles are going to be needed!

Paddy1234 · 06/07/2018 16:50

I wonder if Uber is going to miss another one as she isn't down on the list of speakers #leading by example

Whiterangey · 06/07/2018 18:37

People keep asking Tax Bill Bot why it seems she is always on holiday and if she ever works.

Of course she never works, she just got out of £68,000 of a £115,000 tax bill.

She spent all the money, just didn't want to be like the rest of us and actually pay her tax. So pleased she is on the line for £55k of it. Bit pissed off that she can run up a huge tax bill and get away with paying £68k of it yet continue trading as a sole trader.

That doesn't seem fair.

Spongebobette · 06/07/2018 19:16

How can you get out of paying tax like that???

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 06/07/2018 19:37

Looks like Uber might be tightening her belt - she's been asking about Butlins Minehead.

Bit of a come down from the 5* luxury she's been used to.

Norma27 · 06/07/2018 19:56

Looks like she has booked. I’d love it if she is there sane time as me!!

Whiterangey · 06/07/2018 19:59

@Spongebobette It's easy, you just run a limited company for a couple of years, taking money out but not paying your taxes.

Then you realise that you don't think you should pay taxes like the little people do so you don't hand over to your accounts to Companies House, knowing full well that they will dissolve your business and your tax bill, and the £53k directors loan will be dissolved with it.

Unfortunately for you HMRC look out for such goings on and stop the dissolution and ask for their money, your company goes into insolvency and they can't get the money they are owed, except, for the £53k you took out as a loan, you owe the company that money, the company owes HMRC, so you owe HMRC.

Though you still get away without paying £68K worth of tax.

You show how sorry you are for ripping off taxpayers by spending the money that should have gone on tax on a string of very expensive holidays.

You also carry on working your 'business' as a sole trader, I wonder if she is paying tax on what she earns now or is reporting to HMRC a lot less than she earns.

I bet she bashes people on benefits as scroungers, to take the heat off thieves like herself.

The glory for finding out all of the above goes to Botwatchblog and this lovely lovely article

botwatch.blog/2018/05/16/what-is-happening-to-forever-living/

The information about Tax Bill Bot is in there along with graphs and stuff to easily show how badly FLP in the UK is doing.

I think Roomie is getting confused between the words "volunteer" and "customer".

Also it's first come first served for only 3-6 lucky people. Does that mean if a seventh person comes along with their £100 (or whatever it is) in their hands she'll turn them away? Will she bollocks.

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 06/07/2018 21:06

(although the truth is her only customer is likely to be her....again)

FM Bot posts on Anti MLM FB page asking what the top ten reasons are that annoy people about MLM. Gets torn a complete new one, especially when she starts making claims about having a degree in sports and nutrition and keeps banging on about how well she is doing blah blah blah. Doesn’t like the way the thread is going, dirty deletes it.

Makes 45 minutes worth of live videos saying the anti MLMers don’t have a clue, none of her adoring downline are to listen to them and the facts (all actual real facts) they have are regurgitated lies.

Anti MLM page have a giggle at her expense.

At 10.30 pm on a Friday she’s called the police, OFSTED and her solicitor who clearly works very late to report all those who giggled at her for slander and harassment. SHE then sends them messages to tell them she’s done so.

Personally I would have thought the first thing the cops would say is to not be in any sort of contact with these people who have hurt her feelings so. Also her solicitor is shit if he thinks it’s 1) a criminal matter and 2) slander.

Backfired a bit, that one.

That reminds me, what happened with Broke going to the police about Evolution?

Whiterangey · 07/07/2018 03:10

What page is that all on?

Wise move calling OFSTED though, their number is my go to number to call whenever someone giggles at me. Although you can reach them in an emergency via 999.

Police
Fire
Ambulance
OFSTED

What was her explanation for calling OFSTED? Was she hoping they would get her in at a school to give a presentation on bullying like what Yawn did on a weekend?

"Hello this is OFSTED, what's your emergency?"

SSDGM · 07/07/2018 05:54

MLM annoying adverts. She’s lost her shit. Hilarious.

She’s a childminder and I missed a huge chunk of posts where info was posted about something she had done that raised eyebrows but the page owner deleted it.

It’s the 2nd (at least) case of “Not MY MLM” that’s resulted in a total Bot Tantrum when they are shown clearly “Yes, YOUR MLM too” that I’ve seen in the last few weeks.

ArbunneHun · 07/07/2018 08:11

Not sure that Broke has the best of relationships with the po-po...

CurlsandCurves · 07/07/2018 10:14

@SSDGM the wording of your post has given me great idea for a book.

‘That’s not my MLM’

‘... it’s compensation plan is too simple’

‘...the products are not overpriced enough’

Maybe I should approach Usbourne, I’m sure they’d...
Never mind.

BangingOn · 07/07/2018 10:40

YouOKHun · 07/07/2018 11:54

“Hello this is OFSTED, what’s your emergency?”

“Well OFSTED it’s a damage limitation emergency because I’ve been working my bizniz while I should have been properly minding the children in my care. And now someone who knows me in RL had popped up and said I’m already in a heap of trouble with the childcare. That thread was deleted as not ‘MLM relevant’ but I’m worried. I’ve told them all I’ll sue them for laughing at me and the police will be knocking on their doors and they’ll do time. Do you think I’ve handled it well?”

OFSTED: “not interested in your pyramid scheme but just explain how your run a childcare business when you spend all day spamming local selling sites - we’re interested in that”
