Some new ones:

"the moment Yawn from @YawnandDH received her cheque, such a surprise"

"@yawnbusinesstwitter such a successful day"

Both by the same person, the person has tagged Yawn in both of her twitter accounts.

"The great reduction in cheques received by the UK 'business owners' finally the pyramid is collapsing"

Written by another hero.

Lots of heroes out there today, I salute you!

Fantastic twitter replies folks!

4/5 are on our side Smile

Whiterangey · 18/05/2018 23:09

Someone has replied to one of the replies

"Such a cheque. Such a mighty cheque. I'd hang it from my shit wood branch for all to see"

This is amusing me.

New incentive on Castles team page!!

A ‘chance’ to win a luxury holiday . All bots must deposit £20 into castles bank account for the privilege of entering said incentive. Then if you sell a c9 or FIT issue you get a golden ticket which enters you into a raffle type system. There is also an opportunity for your customer to win the holiday. I got a bit confused though because I’m not sure if yo decide if your customer goes in the drAw or you do... Hmm

Lots of ‘wow this is insane ‘ ‘I love this company’ in the comments. And how lucky they are that they get lots of promotional material and groups set up for them...

Ah... hello.. the company is not giving you anything... collectively You minions are all paying for this ‘incentive’

I really cannot comprehend had ridiculous this is... ridiculous!!
Is this even legal? Are they actually allowed to start and incentive what is fundamentally gambling? Well it’s not an incentive is it? It’s a raffle paid for by the bots who peddle lots of c9’s so everyone’s cc’s go up andnthe top of the pyramid wins again!

This has angered me!

Whiterangey · 19/05/2018 00:46

So you give Castle £20, so she now has your £20, which i'm guessing is non refundable. Then you get a golden ticket IF you sell a C9 or a FIT. So if you don't sell one then she has your £20 anyway.

If you do sell you get a ticket which then enters into a lottery and someone will win a luxury holiday. Likely a weekend break in her garden shed.

It's not legal. I would screenshot and contact the gambling commission

Not sure about the details user, but there are very strict rules governing raffles etc. on social media & elsewhere - this could be not just contrary to FB rules, but possibly illegal.

If enough of her deluded downline chip in, they will not only be funding the prize, but a bit more on the side for Castle (quite apart from the extra CCs and turnover). If not enough chip in, she can cancel the raffle for a spurious reason - even if she gives her minions their £20 back, she'll have boosted sales of the snake oil in her downline.

Also, it is surprising how many such incentives run by bots are won by their relatives or besties...

Twentytwentyhindsight · 19/05/2018 00:49

Thanks for the link Rangey.

user1479228519 · 19/05/2018 00:53

Yes so she gets you £20 whatever. They won’t know how much money is in the pot until 30th March. ( this is your deadline to get you £20)

So once you’ve handed over £20 you get entered into the incentive. Then you sell like mad to get your golden tickets. I bet most boys will buy themselves a c9. This was hinted on in the live explaining the incentive.

They are unable to say how many holidays are up for grabs and where the destinations will be. Apparently it’s team work songw more people enter the better the location will be / quantities of holidays given away.

Can’t make it up really!

All lining the pockets of the top bots with no risk / expense to them.

It’s really complicated too with the admin side of it. Talk of screen shotting a copy of the payment, adding to groups, excel spreadsheets.

Whiterangey · 19/05/2018 00:53

What she knows will happen is that nobody will sell a C9 or a FIT, so they will either buy one themselves or buy one in the name of a relative to get in on the illegal lottery that Castle is running.

Looks like someone is very short on CC's, also short on morals, but we knew that. Thank fuck she is no longer a police officer, don't need people like her working for the police.

Until 30th March next year?

I would screenshot what you can, even if you decide not to do anything with it, as is your choice, it's best to have it handy.

Is the live on the page as a video? You should be able to download it on to your computer or make a copy of it somehow, not sure on the details of doing that though.

So that is what she has spent all of this week working on and exhausting herself with.

It's a scam, a proper illegal scam, i'm not even sure it would count as lottery fraud, it's just a scam.

Are many bots putting their money in?

Here we go. It’s March this year. The comments seem like the bots are keen!

And there’s more

MLM Bot Watch 39 - After taking a year off we are back with no cheque, no hope, but new products!
Twentytwentyhindsight · 19/05/2018 01:05

From what I can make out, it is both an illegal unlicensed lottery, as well as a plain and simple scam, as Rangey says.

user1479228519 · 19/05/2018 01:08

I’ve counted 15 screen shots of people that have paid so far.

user1479228519 · 19/05/2018 01:11

There is a 25 minute live on the team page explaining all ( lots of love hearts and thumbs up signs) as well as the screen shot information shown above. Those paying them commenting with screen shots on the post.
I can’t quite believe what I’m reading to be honest. It’s all about cc’s for uplines and getting the downlines to pay for it! Brainwashed or what!!!

user1479228519 · 19/05/2018 01:12

It’s not a giveaway.. and nobody is being generous

Twentytwentyhindsight · 19/05/2018 01:15

Yup, it's a win/win/win for Castle.

Whiterangey · 19/05/2018 01:17

I'm not sure, and hopefully someone with more knowledge may be able to help, but this seems that it may be a police thing, or at the very least an action fraud thing.

I know the police would be very interested in an ex police office running a scam like this, they loathe that kind of behaviour from one of their own.

Is the video still there?

OP posts:
Twentytwentyhindsight · 19/05/2018 01:19

Thing is, most of her downlines are so devoid of critical thought (years of LoS training will have seen to that) that if she were to come out on draw date and say the prize had been won by some imaginary bot she had made up (or even herself or her OH or any other relative), they would just accept it and whoop at their success!

Twentytwentyhindsight · 19/05/2018 01:19

LoA. not LoS

Twentytwentyhindsight · 19/05/2018 01:33

Not 100%, but I would have thought that, in the first instance, it should be referred to the regulatory authority (Gambling Commission in this case), who would look into it and decide whether it was a police matter. That is for the unlicensed lottery aspect of it.

As for the pure scam aspect, I would suggest Action Fraud, which is the police's national fraud reporting centre
www.actionfraud.police.uk

Whiterangey · 19/05/2018 01:39

Yeah, this is definitely something that should be reported if you are willing to do so.

At the very least make sure you have all of the screenshots, including the comments, and the video so you have options.

It's unbelievable that they think it's an ok thing to do in this context. Are they thick?
I might do a raffle on my FB page. Everyone pays me £100 to be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a car.
