Due to having been classified as a 'negative influence' at an early stage (I had expressed less than 100% confidence in the business model when it was explained to me), my OH got quite secretive about he FLP activities.

I therefore had to piece together what was driving her increasingly irrational behaviour regarding the 'biznis' and money.

The worst thing was watching it unfold, like a train crash in slow motion. as I had no power to convince her of anything (you must shut out the negative influences!), and suggesting she seek help elsewhere was met with a brick wall. It is unfortunately in the nature of being brainwashed into a cult that you don't realise it and see those trying to help you as enemies.

Her behaviour was entirely validated by her upline, mentors, 'teamies' and eeeking rallies surrounded by equally fervent devotees, so no one else could get in.

Oh the irony of the headline of the piece FLP UK have just posted on their FB Page about Castle - “My life seems too good to be true”.

A positive mindset should never mean switching off your critical abilities. These can tell you when a situation is stacked against you, and you should move on. Perseverance sometimes leads to success, but often to wasting time and resources. Positivity all the time (as taught by MLMs) is not the way to riches!

That's dreadful, reformed . That is the grim reality for most bots who get caught up in MLM, depression, anxiety, isolation, debt and more debt and always thinking its their fault.

It must be your fault. Either you're not putting in enough work, or your 'negative thoughts' need eliminating.

When you are constantly being told that you are failing because of negative thoughts, it is very hard to feel positive, so they create a vicious circle of self-blame from which there is no escape.

And the mindset coaches make a killing out of this psychological torture - utter bastards.

Yawn's latest post , alongside a Top 20 of Midlands business builders (where she and MrYawn are No.1), says:

....errrr, except you love as even at No.1 in the Midlands you didn't get a cheque!!

I walked out of a training at head office as soon as dodgy O'Conman came on. Mindset training itself to think positively where you can and believe in yourself is all good to me but the mlm take on it is relentless and damaging. I couldn't bare him then and can't bare it now! I was told to stop swearing stop ranting stop having a political opinion stop being controversial etc. Thats me though, and I'd rather show people that and work with those who know what they are getting than the exhausting daily bullshit of pretending to be something I am not. In all my years of having some of the hardest tragedies to overcome I have never sunk into depression.... until my last 3 months in mlm. And I enjoyed it for the most part. Was never pressured or bullied and had success so I can only imagine how fucked up some of those who weren't as lucky must be. Emotional manipulation is so damaging, yet its relentlessly used on people who more often than not already suffering from a mental health condition or vulnerability in some way. Sickening

This mindset information confirms how MLM's are almost indistinguishible to cults in the way they control their members and financially abuse them.

The screenshots from @reformedbot are horrible, the woman who is failing. She feels ashamed and embarrassed that she has failed. She has spent money on PUPP boxes, stalls, not to mention the products she will have bought and any team meetings and success trainings she will have attended. Also £1000 on a professional website? Is someone close to Castle the recommended person for such websites? That is a stupid amount of money for what would be a very simple website. There must be someone recommended by Castle who is getting kickbacks.

Castle has just shamed someone who took out her wall when she drove to her BBQ.

The person is going to feel bad for taking out the wall, now she has been publicly shamed she will feel even worse.

Notice Castle gives zero fucks on the state of the bots car and if that was damaged.

The bot in question has been with forever for three years and isn't making money. Making money for Castle though, who will likely expect her to pay for the wall.
