I will contact the CMS and find out exactly whats going on as apparently he wasn't supposed to be able to do a MR as it was a decision made by the FIU not the CMS to change the calculation. I'm as confused as you are as to who decided what. lol.
what exactly to the FIU o. I know they investigate fraud but how? is it just surveillance or can they do more than that?
