She should've stayed making cakes - she was actually very good at that and I respected her ability ....

entrepeneur · 17/12/2017 18:09

It'll be back to cake making if she's been bullying her downline!

ArbunneHun · 17/12/2017 19:43

Maybe FLP corporate should take a leaf out of Ariiiiiix’s book and start terminating the bullies & liars...?

Magicnumbers · 17/12/2017 19:57

Bitcoin just seems to dominate these bots right now. Surprised that Lipbot’s not already there. There’s definitely a theme here about bots and an addiction to get rich quick schemes.

Is it me or has Organo gone suspiciously quiet? Several bots who were eeeeking just a few weeks back seem to have put it all aside. Maybe because their customers have realised that it doesn’t actually do what’s been promised, or perhaps profits are low?

CurlsandCurves · 17/12/2017 20:26

@Arbunnehun, who are the bullies and liars in FLP? As an ex bot of theirs I’d be interested to know.

Pm me, hun x

cozietoesie · 17/12/2017 20:33

As a former inculcee who has had her eyes opened, I would have assumed that you would be well placed to judge? Smile

SpecialAgentDaleCooper · 17/12/2017 21:26

In the FL world where phone/Instagram filters are the norm you've got to love "real" photos (put on fb by others) where bots are letting their hair (and guard) down.

Makes you wonder what they do in the gym exactly.

Another C9 incoming......

cozietoesie · 17/12/2017 21:30

Goodness. You couldn't love a real photo of me, especially first thing in the morning.

Grin
SpecialAgentDaleCooper · 17/12/2017 21:35

Grin nor one of me, but then again we don't put heavily filtered pics of us up there for all to see how wonderful, flawless and slim we look from the beauty filters on our phone our aloe based life

BSintolerant · 18/12/2017 00:00

Grin I look like a sexy bitch when I put my burqa on, and take selfies in the dark. #screweduplittleface

ToucheEcat · 18/12/2017 08:35

must be a massive downside to attraction marketing, the pressure to look good all the time. must be even worse for the make up selling bots.

SSDGM · 18/12/2017 08:42

Yeah, I’ve had the misfortune to see a few Younique presenter’s makeup lives recently. I can’t say they look “good” 😂😂

entrepeneur · 18/12/2017 10:12

MLM makeup is such appalling quality that they all look shit in it and look like idiots for getting all eeeeeked up over the crappy products like the Poonique anniversary palette that has been slammed all over the net for being a load of poorly pigmented shite.

If you ever see a bot shilling makeup and it looks good, then it's not MLm, it'll be a proper brand and they are duping you into buying their shit

cafeaulaitpourvous · 18/12/2017 10:42

That reminds me - I need to get my brows done

SpecialAgentDaleCooper · 18/12/2017 11:06

I've got a Sharpie you can borrow if you like Cafeaulait Grin

cafeaulaitpourvous · 18/12/2017 11:42

@SpecialAgentDaleCooper
Swap you for a crappy ladder

ReformedBot · 18/12/2017 14:34

Just taken a look through (lovely)brows Facebook. She wasn't someone I was overly aware of when I was in FLAP but more aware of now. As soon as I go into her profile I get the horrible feeling in my body, a kind of anxiety, at the type of posts that are being put out which shows a massive pressure to keep chasing the dream. Pressure to make your life look good, pressure to look good in photos, pressure to post stupid posts to try and gain interaction or sales and even just the pressure of finding something to post about and the 'right' words to put with it to stay the right side of the 'humble brag'! Often at this time of the month under pressure to get 4cc under your belt too and a bit of sadness that life hasn't changed as much as you hoped it would another Christmas later!

Eurgh I cannot believe how long I let myself feel that way and how many people are still putting themselves through it!

cozietoesie · 18/12/2017 15:46

People 'invest'. They're not willing to tell themselves 'I did wrong' so they keep on going hoping that things will change. It happens in all aspects of life. Sad

Peaheadz · 18/12/2017 16:11

I used to feel sad every Christmas as well. I kept telling myself next year it will be different.

But it was still the same.

Just glad I have stepped back.

cozietoesie · 18/12/2017 16:29

Glad you're out on the other side, Pea. Were you badly hit by the whole thing?

Peaheadz · 18/12/2017 16:41

I didn’t lose too much money but I wasted a lot of time chasing the dream. I kept my friendships intact as I didn’t sell to them or push the opportunity on them. I told them about it but most said no so I respected their decision.

I was trying to build a business from the cold market and I had a number of no shows when trying to show the business.

It was frustrating as I didn’t know why it wasn’t working.

Were you badly hit as well cozie?

cozietoesie · 18/12/2017 16:53

I'm in the 'forewarned is forearmed' camp. Glad you didn't lose too much materially. (The self-respect will recover surprisingly quickly.)

SpecialAgentDaleCooper · 18/12/2017 18:11

Those of you who are out must feel so relieved. You can step back and enjoy Christmas with your loved ones and not feel the anxiety and pressure that ReformedBot mentioned.

I notice that our "I've finished for Xmas , no more work until after Xmas" bot has a work-related facebook post again. It just shows that even if you apparently have that lifestyle you still can't afford to drop your guard or switch off for a moment or it might all come tumbling down

ReformedBot · 18/12/2017 18:24

**Touche you mentioned the downside of attraction marketing and nailed it. My old upline has the car and has had 2 beautiful houses but the family holidays are all Forever bar one I know of. No weekends away at Butlins or Centre Parc's, no park trips or family days out. The fact is the sacrifice for the car and the house is her two tots having a distracted Mother attached to her phone and a slave to her team pretty much 24/7. A fancy car is lovely but if it's only used to travel to and from conferences (to keep the mileage down and therefore the repayments down) then what really is the point? It's not a lifestyle if your head is in your phone and laptop all day.

That's my biggest loss, time and tarnished memories of my child's first years. I didn't lose friends as I just didn't force it on them.

NatashaShingles · 18/12/2017 18:25

I felt less pressure last Christmas as I had already made a decision in July not to work for Chairmans Bonus. This year I feel more pressure, have less money and more stressed because this year I am running a non mlm traditional retail company!!! Oh the irony 😂😂😂😂
