Arbunne - so much for all that Sack the Boss stuff they go on about. Seems like she's been well and truly sacked by the Arrrixx bosses! If it was a real job then there would be An HE department to follow procedures prior to being sacked and there would also be a legal avenue to pursue if it violated a work contractor. However as they are just customers of the company, they have bugger all rights. What an opportunity, eh?

Looks like they can find any reason to terminate your contract and you have no rights or protection. There will be some small print that says you can have your contract terminated for bringing the company into disrepute that will be impossible to challenge - remember, these are US companies so the legal side will be tightly locked up. For all of the Bill of Rights rubbish, I knew this would happen sooner or later.

This is hearsay, obviously, but apparently she was bullying her down line & signing their prospects up under herself. She’d been given warnings by corporate but hadn’t changed her approach.
