It certainly seems like it. It will only be a mater of time before she sees it, and no doubt she will pop on to defend herself. Can't wait even thou her lives gimme a headache. Grin

SSDGM · 15/12/2017 13:35

Oh, most definitely!

entrepeneur · 15/12/2017 13:42

Is he suggesting she bought her way into a promotion? Forgot to bring my headphones to work and don't want to subject my workmates to BotBroke's monologue!

MLMsuperfan · 15/12/2017 14:06

He talks about people taking money from customers and not immediately putting the order in.

entrepeneur · 15/12/2017 15:03

Towards the end of the video he mentions that it's a rival company that has only been established for about five years in the U.K. where people are buying promotions so he may not be talking about ThangBot.

An interesting point he raised is that it would be nigh on impossible to make £1000 a month from sales to customers, so recruiting is the only way the bots earn their dosh

SSDGM · 15/12/2017 16:59

I think the £1000 was in sales, not profit. I do think he meant Thangbot, talking about using children for sympathy and what she said about packages being delayed with Royal Mail.
My Vida bot bought her promotions and has £4K Of tea she is selling at cost. She then ploughs that in every month, convinced it’s going to make her fortune. She’s off her nut.
Talking of Vida, have they gone quiet?

SSDGM · 15/12/2017 17:19

Also, does BrokeBot’s house look like one that has four figures coming in weekly? 🤔 interesting flooring...

entrepeneur · 15/12/2017 17:51

Botbroke has reinvented himself as a network marketing guru. I think he sees himself at the next Fraser Wotshisname

Everything about his lifestyle screams the very opposite of the image he portrays of shitting money for breakfast lunch and dinner. I look forward to the day he's doing Facebook Lives from his country pad with shabby chic ladder accessories

entrepeneur · 15/12/2017 17:52

Also I am a little bit sad that his Bio no longer says he's an "entrepeneur" as it now makes my username look like I don't know how to spell the word Sad

NorthCoast · 15/12/2017 18:01

One of Salon’s besties (I’ll call her Derbybot) took one of her downline to Tenerife At the cheapest time of year to travel and they were holding an “opportunity meeting” at a sports bar. Big hoohah running up to it but zero photos from the actual meeting. Shall we all guess exactly how many people turned up? Who wants to start the bidding?

SSDGM - it wasn't at the Club House in Palm Mar, by any chance, was it??

entrepeneur · 15/12/2017 18:57

North coast - the opportunity meeting was at the Palm Sports Bar in Eugenio Alto if I am thinking of the right person!

SSDGM · 15/12/2017 19:00

It was the Palms Sports Bar in Eugenio Alto.
It does roast dinners.

I’ve just read where she’s said the Canaries are “up and coming”... they’ve been major tourist destinations since the 1960s.

Jonsey32 · 15/12/2017 19:14

SSDGM
I saw that too the other day and was chuckling away to myself. It was like the live she did at the airport before flying to Miami where she went on and on about drinking prosecco.
Thinks she’s very cultured. She’s not.

Magicnumbers · 15/12/2017 19:25

My FL into Bitcoin friend is still posting nonsense about how she’ll soon be a millionaire thanks to Bitcoin (but her FL stuff is pretty half hearted even with the build up to Christmas). Now every other post involves going on about how she can help people, and there’s lots of pm-humming when anyone takes the bait and asks.

The “helping people” line put me in mind of Thangbot, as uses that tactic a lot. That’s the saddest thing of all for my friend- it’s now normal for her to try and exploit her friends for a bit of extra cash. The PM tactic tells me load and clear that she has an interest in signing people up, presumably to make some cash. So she is trying to persuade friends to part with money, dressed up as helping them when actually it’s helping her. This will go very wrong if they later lose that money! I don’t think she sees anything wrong in reeling in people who trust her...but perhaps I am being too harsh?

I don’t think Thangbot understands the sheer outrageousness of having a friend do a money raising raffle for her (which she then tried to buy a ticket for!!!) after her burglary, then “popping on” to lecture people about how they shouldn’t be struggling with health or money, cos her business can help with all of that, and by the way she’s back from Milan and off to Vegas. No conscience.

“MLM- making CF the norm since 1990” (or something like that.

SSDGM · 15/12/2017 20:08

Brokebot’s done another live. I don’t have any wine in the house but I think this one is going to need a very large whiskey along with the popcorn.

fitgirl26 · 15/12/2017 21:11

Ooh I'm FUMMIN huns! My hairdresser was here doing my highlights tonight and she asked if I knew anything about Bitcoin. Anyway to cut a very long story short - her 8 month pregnant daughter has taken a loan out to clear all her debts and has then "invested" in Bitcoin via a friend's mother who has done really well and has bought property and all sorts. Well huns - my Spidey senses were all a-tingling so I quickly stalked the friend's mother on FB (my hairdresser doesn't do FB and was mightily impressed how I tracked her down in less than a minute) and low and behold the mother is a Bronze Director with Questra aka Global Asset Management and another quick google found it to be a scammy MLM Ponzi scheme. Turns out the daughter has been told she can't touch the money she's "invested" until February and she has tried to persuade my hairdresser to sign up and she was planning to do so after Christmas!

So - my hairdresser has now had a lesson in Bitcoin, MLMs, Ponzi schemes and Bitcoin and she is going home to tell her daughter to try and get the hell out of it. I do feel slightly virtuous that I've saved her but I'm just mad that her vulnerable daughter will probably end up in more debt now 😡

And breathe..........

fitgirl26 · 15/12/2017 21:14

I realise I said Bitcoin twice in that last paragraph but that's because I'm FUMMIN.

entrepeneur · 15/12/2017 21:27

SSDGM - I stopped watching BotBroke's Live when he said that if McDonalds stopped serving coffee they would close down for good and cease trading in 90 days. Fact.

entrepeneur · 15/12/2017 21:29

Fitgirl - good work! Worrying that the hairdresser's daughter has been told she can't touch the money till February. There's probably something in the signup agreement that will prevent her from getting her initial investment back, or heavy penalties when trying to withdraw the Bitcoin. I'd be interested to know how the bitcoin MLMs work if you find out more!

cozietoesie · 15/12/2017 21:36

fitgirl

Tell her that you've heard that 'Tulip Futures' are the next big thing. Grin

fitgirl26 · 15/12/2017 21:50

I'm up for a bit of Tulip Future investment 😂

She actually phoned her daughter while she was with me and her daughter was very evasive so we think she knows she's been duped. I suspect she's been guaranteed a ROI as long as she agrees to keep her money in for a set length of time so the company can carry on pulling people in at the bottom of the pyramid to pay this "guaranteed" ROI. I put £100 into a mix of Litecoin, Ethereum and Bitcoin just over a week ago using Coinbase and have currently more than doubled my money but I'm fully aware that I could lose it all tomorrow!

entrepeneur · 15/12/2017 21:53

Fitgirl - hope she didn't invest too much, doesn't sound hopeful she will get much back

cozietoesie · 15/12/2017 22:00

.... as long as she agrees to keep her money in for a set length of time....??

Oh Dear.

fitgirl26 · 15/12/2017 22:04

At least £600. She basically invested the loan she got to pay off her debts. Which is why I'm FUMMIN.

fitgirl26 · 15/12/2017 22:05

My lovely hairdresser was nearly in tears from worrying 😡
