Do they mean is the business registered as a company? This is Xerveo beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10907432

Or do they mean some sort of licence to sell food?

Xerveo product packaging isnt compliant so from what I can tell they aren't legally able to sell them either. Haven't looked into them much as been too busy discovering massive fraud within the V camp 😂😂

Do people not know that any old Tom dick or harry can register a company? You can buy them on the internet off the shelf for about £100. It's got sod all to do with being able to sell dodgy coffee.

Compliant with what? Let us know so that we can do some of the dirty work. Is it to do with labelling of imported food? I think DEFRA is responsible for this..

I have spoken to her and offered to put her in touch with the guys at Young Epilepsy as I have worked with them previously. She needs support with her son. We will set up a page on Facebook to help with guidance for refunds and any support for those who have lost money

All food and drink products especially weight loss need to be compliant with labelling at least. Xerveo have a product called Trim which I know isn't compliant so wouldn't be legal to sell here yet until the labelling had been changed. Vitae coffee (java bean) is compliant and legal to trade here although they are still going through registration. From what I can tell its only FM world that has a solid legal set up. Vida has a problem coming, so you may see them going down the Valentus route soon

Oh I live in hope. Vida is equally as obnoxious a set up as Valentus. I personally know one bot who is banging on about all the money she has but her downline who are so far up her bum it's embarrassing don't know she's in huge trouble for major benefit fraud.
Apparently they're all off to Orlando in a few weeks. Course, they've had to pay for themselves. And leave the kids at home.

Ah that's good if she can get support with her son. I work for a charity providing weekend and school holiday breaks for disabled children and young people so I know how desperate the parents can get which makes them easy targets I guess.

Argh! I've lost my sympathy I'm afraid. The poor girl from Bradford who wasn't paid by valentus in June - she posted a live video in tears and I did feel bad for her.

But she's hopped to another equally illegal company (Xervio) and is now posting videos on Facebook saying that the products from her new dodgy company are 'HMRC approved' - words flipping fail me. You can't be arsed to find out whether Xervio are legal to sell in the U.K., and you can't be bothered to google what HMRC is either!

HMRC is the tax man dear! The tax man! They do not approve coffee!!!

I have voice notes confirming Salon is getting people into a cryptocurrency MLM. She's doing it all quietly in the background of this. Also found out some other juicy bits regarding Salon!

  • She was involved in another crypto MLM that folded around December (guess this was what her hubby was involved in) owing thousands of pounds out to people that had invested. People are asking her where their money is to no avail, she is telling apparently its fine and it will be sorted. It's getting investigated now. Now this only what I have been told today, how true it is i do not know. It would not surprise me though!

None of the above, I have heard since I wrote the above it isn't even really a proper company/MLM. I can't say to much at the minute as its just rumour. If what I am being led to believe is true, well she is way way worse than I could of ever imagined. Watch this space... I am trying to do some proper digging.

I saw Bradfordbots live, had me in tears too. But all I thought was please pleas please do not jump to the next mlm that you come across!

I know she has but surely she has access to all that Barnbot is doing and it MUST be going in.

I know she's lost money, I hear from barnbots live her situation, but ooooh it just makes me mad that to go to another mlm feels to her like her only option...

A bit of digging has discovered that the CEO of Coinspace (Scoin) was also involved in LiveSmart 360 like the CEO of Valentus as evidenced in Barnbot's Live today. It's the MLM that many of the Top LTW Bots jumped to. Mr SalonBot was also involved in it. It's a murky old world...

My 2 week trial (or trail if you are Brokebot) of Valentus has arrived. Made a cup. Tasted like cheap instant coffee with actual bits in that crunched. What the hell? Glad there's just one a day. I'll report back if it starts me speeding off my tits. Maybe the crunchy bits were speed?
