Quick question: if a bet is matched when you've placed it, can it become unmatched? Or if it was matched when you placed it there's no need to check again?

HeyRoly · 02/09/2017 17:32

No, once it's matched it's matched Smile

ASauvingnonADay · 02/09/2017 21:51

Brilliant!! That's a relief.

I'm back to another offer (unibet) and no results showing on PAs odds matching software! Grrrr!

imnottoofussed · 03/09/2017 12:24

Decided to have a quick go on the casino offers last night - the risk free ones on oddsmonkey. Started with 21.co.uk £10 free and won nothing.

Went into 888 casino, spin the wheel and I got £20 free and ended up withdrawing just over £72 Grin.

Think I'll work my way through the rest of the risk free ones today. Anyone else done any yet?

I was a bit confused on 888 as the guide said you had 30 x wagering requirement. My initial free amount was £20 so I thought I had to wager it x 30 which meant £600. (Took me ages doing auto play). I had about £7 worth left to wager but It let me withdraw Confused I'd had the pot up to about £90 at one point so wish I'd tried to withdraw then.

i have been meaning to try matched batting for ages and i have finally got round to it.

i have joined PA and am getting on with the free sign up offers. i am finding this quite straight forward so i thought i would give the casino offers a go. trouble is i just dont get it. free sign up offers have a nice little video to follow but there is nothing on the casino offers.

could someone explain it to me or direct me to a place that can

imnottoofussed · 04/09/2017 19:45

The general guidance seems to be only go for ones with wagering of x20 or less, then play minimum stakes maximum lines until you've either lost all the money or done the wagering. So you'd be playing 10p per spin as an example.

Some of the ones I've done have been x99 wagering so in this case I was doing £1 stake just to get through the wagering

I've only done the welcome offer ones so far where just by opening an account they give you free money to play with.

pud1 · 04/09/2017 22:18

Thanks. I have done a few of the into offer Ines with the x100 wagering and got nothing. One of them I got it up to £110 but lost it my 15% of wagering. Will keep trying though

LemonadeWithACherry · 04/09/2017 22:36

With the casino new customer offers, I didn't come out with any profit at all, but I think the offers the casinos email existing customers are potentially more profitable. It is difficult to decide whether they're worth doing or not, with the bonus amounts, free spins and wagering to consider.

Personally I just punt what I can afford to lose on offers that seem good. So far I have lost £10 and £20, but I also punted £20 and came out with over £600, so it can be done! At the moment I am doing some daily spins I was awarded at two bookies, I have about ten pounds winnings on each right now, but I am doubtful I will get through the wagering unless I have a big-ish win. But you never know! As I say, only punt what you can afford to lose and don't get swept up and be tempted to chase your losses.

imnottoofussed · 06/09/2017 17:18

oh no gubbed by paddy power Sad

HeyRoly · 07/09/2017 10:40

They were my first gubbing too. I think they're quite quick to gub people, if it's any consolation!

HeyRoly · 07/09/2017 14:21

I had a storming day yesterday. £26.75 from five free spins via the Sky Prize Machine, and £100 (should have been over £150 but the win was capped at £100) from £8 live casino credit at Genting.

I've just ordered a new bag Grin

HeyRoly · 07/09/2017 18:44

And today I've been gubbed by Coral! Ah well, I didn't like them much anyway.

imnottoofussed · 08/09/2017 19:26

Oh great result! I'm just debating what to do now paddy power have gubbed me. I've been lazy and was just doing their free bet club. Need to spend some time learning some other stuff and continuing the welcome offers.

ASauvingnonADay · 09/09/2017 10:12

I backed off a little as thought I'd messed up and lost money. Turned out it was the bookies error in not crediting free bet, so I feel reassured and have decided to get back on that horse this weekend!

I've got money in Leovegas but it's less than the minimum withdrawal amount (£20). Does it make sense to deposit money (there's a min amount there too - I think a tenner) to be able to withdraw the rest?

HeyRoly · 09/09/2017 10:28

Personally I would place a mug bet with it (as long as you can make a minimal loss). If it loses, then the money transfers to the exchange. If it wins, you'll hopefully be over the £20 threshold.

ASauvingnonADay · 09/09/2017 12:19

Ah that's a really useful tip! That's Rocky

ASauvingnonADay · 09/09/2017 12:19

(Obviously I typed Roly but dear autocorrect..)

HeyRoly · 09/09/2017 13:02

Losing the money into the exchange is quicker than making a withdrawal and waiting days for it to appear in your bank account. But sometimes the bet wins and you still end up needing to make a withdrawal. I'm very good at that Wink

pud1 · 09/09/2017 18:28

I have just hit £100 profit. Been mbing for a week. Can't believe I didn't start it sooner.

RedGrapeCornSnake · 09/09/2017 20:02

Joining in
I started on Thursday, I'm finding it a steep learning curve and slow to start as my available cash wasn't a lot. I'm in profit though with 1 bet due to settle this evening and £20 free left to play with. I've even designed myself a spreadsheet this afternoon!
Interested in the free casino things too, I'm still on the free odds monkey membership though so they might have to wait a week or so

RedGrapeCornSnake · 11/09/2017 21:44

Hmm, messed up one of my free bets today and ended up loosing just over £6. My back bet one and ended up with a smaller payout that my lay liability. I followed the odds matcher too, not sure how I managed that but it's another lesson learned

RedGrapeCornSnake · 11/09/2017 21:45

Back bet won not one!

HeyRoly · 12/09/2017 14:19

Oh that's annoying. We might be able to figure it out for you if you post the figures for each bet?

MissFitton · 12/09/2017 14:23

Just dipping in - still going but only very part time as life is busy at the moment! No great wins to report but no great ballsups either.

FreckledLeopard · 12/09/2017 17:29

First gubbing today! BetBright (who I believe are notorious any how). Only slight worry is that I have a live bet with them for football this evening. I assume that if the bet wins, they'll still honour it (hopefully it won't, but just in case)? Anyone got any words of reassurance?!
