Hi - can I join in too please. Haven't read the other threads. I've been matched betting for nearly a year, but have lost my mojo recently and need to get back into it!

AmateurSwami · 06/05/2017 23:24

Place marking!

HappyAxolotl · 06/05/2017 23:48

Well I'm back in. Couldn't stay away for long! Grin

I've spent £15 on qualifying bets today and still ended up +£14.05. I've put my free bets on 3 matches tomorrow and should end up with about £18 from those.

I've also joined quidco but haven't used an offer on there yet.

GinGeum · 07/05/2017 06:38

Wow Spartacus that's an impressive profit! I was half hoping to raise about £600 by end of July, but I don't think that's possible. I don't know what I'm doing well enough really.

louisejxxx · 07/05/2017 07:18

I've managed to get my free £20 casino bonus up to about £35 but am ploughing through the waging requirements. Have been at it for a good hour and haven't made a dent in it I don't think! ☹️

louisejxxx · 07/05/2017 07:29

I am hoping to use any profits to pay off my credit card / overdraft...which equates to about £4K 😱

Mrscog · 07/05/2017 08:14

So overthinking are you just using the free casino/slots offers to see what happens? The bit I don't get is how you lay off the wagering requirements if you with in order to withdraw it all (If you see what I mean).

titchy · 07/05/2017 09:51

Treat wagering as your qualifying bet - at this point it's YOUR money. Very close and fairly short odds should keep any losses from wagering down to a few pence each time.

HeyRoly · 07/05/2017 10:50

I've read numerous things on wagering and still don't have the foggiest clue what it means.

My understanding was if you were given a £10 bonus on the slots, and the wagering was x10, you had to wager the equivalent of £100 before you could withdraw any winnings. Which would be the equivalent of standing at a slot machine and putting £1 in it 100 times.

Am I completely and utterly wrong here? Blush

GrimDamnFanjo · 07/05/2017 10:50

What are we doing today?
I've got a free bet for the Liverpool match - in play.
I'm going to organise what I'll be doing next week.

titchy · 07/05/2017 11:05

Yes that's right roly. The wagering doesn't have to be your own money though, so if your free £10 gets you and extra £20, spending that £20 counts towards your £100 wagering requirement, and will hopefully gain you yet more money to wager.

Slots often have an auto roll option if you don't want to sit there clicking the spin button 100 times not as much fun though

titchy · 07/05/2017 11:08

Not doing anything today - have £7 at the exchange! I'm waiting for a 5pm horse race to happen to get my exchange back up. Should have gone for an earlier race...

LettuceMash · 07/05/2017 11:14

I'm enjoying it. It's much easier now I've actually tried it.

I have two bets to settle today in the premiership, and 50 quid of free bets to place once they have. I started on Monday and am £100 up.

Mrscog · 07/05/2017 11:35

Right I see - I've got £5 to spend on slots at Coral, so I spend that and hopefully end up with more - keep spending up to the £25 wagering requirement then withdraw? If I run out of 'free money' just give it up as a bad job?

louisejxxx · 07/05/2017 11:46

Yes that's right mrscog - if you don't manager to win enough to continue wagering and run out of funds then that's the end of it.

CalmItKermitt · 07/05/2017 13:48

Placemarking 😄

sunnysidesucks · 07/05/2017 14:23

just did a free in-play bet on the Liverpool match. I hate the in play ones! it moves too quickly!

sunnysidesucks · 07/05/2017 14:23

£30 up this weekend which I'm pleased about but haven't spent enough time on it. really need to focus more!

ladasha · 07/05/2017 15:08

Afternoon all!

Forgive me if I'm being stupid, but I've been watching all the videos on Profit Accumulator and have signed up for Coral to bet £5 before getting my free bet.

The problem is, I already have a Bet Fair account so not eligible for any of their sign up offers. Does it matter if I lay bets on Bet Fair without a sign up offer or is this counterproductive? Should I use another exchange instead? The answer doesn't seem clear on PA and the forums are full of daunting language and abbreviations I have no idea what's going on! 😂

Thanks so much!

titchy · 07/05/2017 15:21

Doesn't matter if you don't use the Betfair offers - you'll be using betfair all the time so you'd have only ever made £10 or so from their own offers.

HappyAxolotl · 07/05/2017 15:52

£11 up today and 2 matches to go, including 1 qualifying bet. Should have another £6 at the end.

The bit I am finding takes the most time & effort is sniffing out the free bet offers. Do any of you use any sites/alerts for that?

fairgame84 · 07/05/2017 15:59

I'm not getting any reload offers, just casino offers 🙁
I'm only signed up with betfred and coral atm until I get paid next week but I thought I would have had a reload by now. I've done mug bets but that hasn't triggered any offers.Sad

sunnysidesucks · 07/05/2017 16:07

I find it hard to know which match to bet on - e.g. the William Hill 4 means more offer (4 goals or more = a boost on winnings) - but I don't know which teams/matches are likely to have that many goals??

domesticgoddesshaha · 07/05/2017 16:17

I started yesterday and am £60 up.
Have my free coral betsplaced on racing this afternoon.

However, just realised that I ballsed up betfred by depositing with pp, so I won't get the free bets. I did get am accidental arb on my qualifying bet because odds were changing so fast so not lost anything but still frustrating to miss out on the free bet. Lesson learned, onwards and upwards.

ladasha · 07/05/2017 16:19

Thanks, titchy! Was concerned I was making a monumental rookie error 😂
