Lets keep monitoring these pesky MLMs, shining a light on their nefarious activities, and supporting bots who realise the truth and need support.

I know not everyone is all that keen on Richie Howey, but I rather like his arsehole world piss take.

Facebook clicky link

BSintolerant · 22/04/2017 21:38

I love it! I've lost count of the number of people I know who have been members of arsehole world who have lost lots of weight and put it all back on again (with extra kilos for good measure) is disturbing. Trouble is, people who go to slimming clubs usually eat real food. God knows what Herbalife, Jizz Plus, and Aloe Gloop does to people's metabolism over time.

acatcalledjohn · 22/04/2017 22:41

Fuck knows. I am properly changing shape simply by exercising. I eat a normal balanced diet, have treats, avoid supplements and meal replacement shakes, and guess what: I look better and it's much easier to maintain!

Why on earth would you spend hundreds of £££ on meal replacement shite when you can spend the same money on a good PT and a gym membership (or no PT if you aren't a lazy sod like I am) and make a real and lasting change to your health! Life's too short to diet. Eat well, enjoy your food, but manage that normally and exercise! And better still: it is totally EEEEEEK-free!

cozietoesie · 22/04/2017 22:47

free???

What does that mean, acat? Grin

acatcalledjohn · 22/04/2017 23:33

Eeeek-free

Free of people what eeeek.

Aaargh, this was in my local paper: m.plymouthherald.co.uk/meet-the-work-at-home-mum-smashing-the-business-world-on-facebook/story-30285771-detail/story.html

Bots on the Facebook comments on the story are shameless, and very sad: m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10154663689526902&id=7404691901

Supersoaryflappypigeon · 23/04/2017 10:55

Hi hi hiiiiii!

Just rtft because I've been fb stalking the person I thought was salon bot - feel like I've found my people Grin

Toobusytowee · 23/04/2017 19:56

Have you seen the petition to try and stop Herbalife sponsoring The Great North Run? It needs a few more signatures. Can anyone share it on their Facebook or twitter please? It'd be great if we can change things.

Supersoaryflappypigeon · 23/04/2017 20:08

I've signed it.

Does anybody know what ucan2 us? Assuming it's a MLM but I can't work out what they're "selling".

cozietoesie · 23/04/2017 20:16

Try YouTube. You'll be spoiled for choice. Wink

Supersoaryflappypigeon · 23/04/2017 20:24

Ah so they're fitness bands? Christ that's a new one.

cozietoesie · 23/04/2017 20:48

You'll likely recognise the people involved as well. Smile

Spongebobette · 23/04/2017 20:56

Signed and shared

cozietoesie · 23/04/2017 21:01

Well done, Sponge. Smile

Supersoaryflappypigeon · 23/04/2017 21:13

I do yes. I've become a bit obsessed with MLM's recently and I'm amazed by what certain top bots have managed to get away with over the last 6 few years.

Toobusytowee · 23/04/2017 22:33

Here's an example of botsnot/ botshite/ pyramid products and how they are marketed. I put the marketing bit in the comments.

cozietoesie · 23/04/2017 23:13

Or - in this case - you could use the tap. Wink

fitgirl26 · 23/04/2017 23:17

Ucan2 was Lifetree World and they're now pushing Helo by Wor(l)d which has recently been joined by several ex Onecoin scammers. Their top Bot is local to me and has been on my radar for a long time after he scammed a few friends with Visalus...

Supersoaryflappypigeon · 24/04/2017 07:19

Years ago someone tried to scam me into "Body by Vi"-I'd forgotten they existed! She tried to sell it as "If you sell it to someone else you get your products free" if I recall.

fitgirl26 · 24/04/2017 09:14

This particular Top Bot went from Vi to Jeunesse (after posting the obligatory "I'm jumping ship because of integrity not because the whole thing is imploding and I'm taking my money and getting out" video), then moved to LTW and is now a President Millionaire flappy pigeon or something with Wor(l)d. The presence of a whole bunch of ex Onecoin Bots should ring massive warning bells but Bots aren't exactly known for doing due diligence! I think he posted on a Botwatch blog about LTW last year.

Mustbeoriginal38 · 24/04/2017 18:00

Talk to me about Arbonne.

A friend is trying to recruit me. I've said I'm not interested due to all I have going on. Trying to be polite and not say f'off. They've come back with "oh it does fit into busy lives".

ArbunneHun · 24/04/2017 18:06

Ask to see the Arbonne Average Income Statement for last year, Mustbeoriginal38. That really should shut down the conversation. And ask her to share her breakdown of earnings versus expenditure, plus how much she spends on Arbonne products for her 'personal consumption'.

Spongebobette · 24/04/2017 18:25

I can only find 2014

It's hardly impressive but I suppose if someone was very dim they'd only look at the big bucks and imagine that would be them

cozietoesie · 24/04/2017 18:26

Actually, the average income statement for last year should do it on its own. Wink

darceybussell · 24/04/2017 19:15

Look higher up on that income statement Sponge, it tells you how many Arbonne consultants make zero. That table only shows the consultants who actually get a cheque at all.

Just a sec I will find it
