Has anyone done a search of various MLM schemes via the online Insolvency Register? I have. The results are fascinating, but hardly surprising.

Nope. They will be told they need to and told them here is an accountant they recommend who does a half day course on what to do with receipts etc. But it's up to each individual to register and make sure they do their tax returns. And I don't want to put anyone down, but I know there are people out there who have no clue about tax or how to manage it. I consider myself fairly intelligent and I struggle to get it right without paying an accountant!

It's not the ££££ you might have to pay - because, frankly, most people won't make enough profit if they've calculated correctly - it's the work involved in meeting all the legal obligations.

Their claims are laughable!!!! They claim to be number 82 on the list of top 100 companies in the world???? Coca Cola are only number 83 on the Forbes list, so I find that claim ridiculous. What list are they talking about? Top 100 MLMs maybe?? That what the photo of the certificate appears to show. But yet another misleading statement claiming they're in the top 100 companies in the world! So they're. number 82 in the MLM world, but the claims they make as being one of the best male them sound so much better than they are!

Actually I've just found the list they're talking about. Isn't it a conflict of interests to have an Ariix president who is also the founder of the DSN (direct selling news) who is making claims on his company. He could claim whatever he likes? And as an ex FLP person, I'm confused about why FLP isn't on that list, when their turnover is $2.6 billion?? Sounds like Mr Ariix/DSN founder has just omitted them from his list??
