There's that stuff that stops you absorbing all the fat you eat - Alli or something? Sold in pharmacies. I have no gallbladder so need NO HELP AT ALL in not absorbing fats properly and can't use the stuff. Thing is, IIRC it has a license and that's why it can only be sold by pharmacies...it's a drug and regulated as such.

Twunk · 08/12/2016 23:40

Managers yes those are medical claims and therefore not permitted. Lowers blood pressure? Can you imagine if someone actually believed that and stopped taking their regular medication? Could potentially lead to a stroke or heart attack. It disgusts me.

ManagersDilemma · 09/12/2016 00:03

Yes, it's disgusting and could seriously harm somebody. I wish I had given them a bit more stick and taken some photos!

BSintolerant · 09/12/2016 00:15

Is the magic powder is the type with which you powder your nose? That would keep your weight down.

Twunk · 09/12/2016 08:56

Mmmmmmm magic nose powder Grin

TFPsa · 09/12/2016 09:52

does anyone know - how bad/badly overpriced is younique stuff?

would it be wrong to buy a tiny quantity from an acquaintance [obviously not get involved in recruitment etc] to try & avoid offending them, especially if you both know that you're quite a bit better off than her?

acatcalledjohn · 09/12/2016 10:03

It is a good post.

Of course TV are balanced. Or certainly a fuck load more than MLMs themselves. They only peddle the stories of the 1-5%. TV shares the stories of the forgotten 95-99%

So on the whole this makes TV incredibly balanced. Even if supporting the absolute and vast majority is negative behaviour by a group of haterz.

acatcalledjohn · 09/12/2016 10:06

TFP, don't buy Younique. It's pound shop mascara for Mac level pricing.

Plus you'll be supporting a charity which forces Mormonism on abused women (in the name of 'charity'), and use the charity as a sales tactic.

By 'supporting' her you'll keep the lie going and make it harder for your friend to escape. Because as long as she has customers...

You get the idea.

Spongebobette · 09/12/2016 10:31

6 figure Arsliiiix bot still living in non 6 figure type house but driving a Maserati (how DO you prove your income to a mortgage provider if you are an MLM bot btw?)

TFPsa it might feel like the right thing to do, but in reality you'll be giving her hope that her 'business' will work and provide a living for her long term. As a result she will likely spend more of her own money for longer to meet sales targets as 'success is just round the corner'. Best to step away now and not fund her upline.

CheekySmile · 09/12/2016 12:04

Spongebobette I love the ground floor opportunities code. Better known as being near the top of the pyramid, the only way you might make any money.

Spongebobette · 09/12/2016 12:46

These bloody bots, using up all the exclamation marks, there'll be a world shortage soon.

cozietoesie · 09/12/2016 12:47

Does it really not occur to adherents that any money they do actually make is coming out of other people's purses? (Or other people's CCs.)

BSintolerant · 09/12/2016 12:47

Sponge is she really earning six figures? If she doesn't know how a full stop works there's not much hope for her when it comes to decimal points. 😉

#!!!!!!!!

Spongebobette · 09/12/2016 13:24

Ah yes maybe it's
£0.00001

cozietoesie · 09/12/2016 13:30

BS spending some exclamation marks? Grin

BSintolerant · 09/12/2016 14:24

The Americans call full stops 'periods' don't they. Bots in that part of the world must be missing them all the time.

dailyfailnotgoodenoughforchips · 09/12/2016 18:01

Can I shamelessly ask a question without having kept up with the thread?

In MLMs, with the need to buy more stock from the company to retain your "points" to get a cut of downline sales and bonuses, do your downlines need to also buy new stock so you can qualify?

Spongebobette · 10/12/2016 14:18

dailyfail

It's all too complex for little me but I think so

cozietoesie · 10/12/2016 14:28

The 'complexity' is not uncalculated, I think? Wink

FromIbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 10/12/2016 14:33

I notice there's a bit of boasting going on amongst the top bots today about their incomes being more than last month " ....mines £1000 more....mines £2000 more.....mines £4000 more......".

Meanwhile my lowly, desperate, wannabe bot has gone very quiet on that front so clearly hasn't got any such a great bonus....funny that, especially as she eats, sleeps, breathes FL.

BSintolerant · 10/12/2016 23:45

Does she shit FL as well?

acatcalledjohn · 11/12/2016 00:04

Given that Aloe Vera makes you shit, I would hazard a guess that she quite literally does shit FL.
