Glossary:

Bots: our affectionate name for victims of the MLM racket

MLM: Multi-level Marketing schemes - essentially pyramid schemes that are just legal because you sell a product. Reliant upon constant recruitment despite there not being enough people in the world to go beyond about 12 levels if everyone recruited 6.

Downline/Upline: the people you recruited and those who recruited you (going up and down the pyramid inverted funnel)

Timeless Vie: Parody of MLM schemes (though you might spot one in particular) that also carries out fearless investigative work

Hommetrepreneur: also excellent parody site focussing on the menz

BotWatch: Rather more serious, keeps an eye on what the Bots are claiming next, particularly in reference to health and income claims. Also fearless.

Inverted Funnel: Timeless Vie is NOT a pyramid - it's an inverted Funnel, OK?

Eyes: Our former member Eyespying who knows LOTS about MLM schemes. He's still our very own #manhun.

I would say that if Ariix are keeping 50% of every sale (remember FL's top "retail discount" is nearly the same at 48% for managers) they are still the winner every single time.

Discounts still come out of the Bots' pockets. They still pay for their training, their business, their travel....etc etc

Enjoy your ride! Business is good thanks, lots of team doing well although I've had a few jump to LTW. New changes don't really make much of a difference. Those that understand the marketing plan in detail aren't worried and those that work properly aren't worried. There's of course a few that see it differently but that's always going to happen with changes. Income unaffected as we don't get paid in cc value anyway.

How would you know income isn't affected as the changed haven't taken place yet?
And you are paid on the amount of ccs that pass through your business.
So now, instead of 4cc for sponsoring 2 it's only 2.1 something. So no you are right maybe Income won't be affected, as long as your downline bots work twice as hard.

Do you think LTW looks like an even bigger pile of shite than Forever? What are your feelings on Yazoo?

I do... LTW is the naffest mlm yet! I think someone here called it the "mlm that fell off the back of a lorry".... It is a catastrophe waiting to happen IMHO, and I dont think it will take long for us to see that!

Dubious doesnt even begin to describe LTW and my personal opinion is, that anyone who doesnt run a mile from it has very questionable judgement!

Sorry, I'm new to this thread. Have heard a lot of things about MLMs lately. Good and bad. Trying to make my mind up.

Surely anyone who joins an MLM has questionable judgement, I don't know it differed to which one you joined.

You sound a bit complacent BarnBot - about this change in CCs. Now if I ran a business and my income was threatened I would be alert to the potential of losing out, and trying to mitigate the risk.

I certainly wouldn't be saying "oh well it doesn't affect me!" When quite clearly it does.

we are not paid on amount of cc... We are paid a percentage of total RRP on products sold. Cc affects incentives and promotions. I'm not complacent, I'm not angered! There's a difference. If anything my income will go up! Work that out! ;)

As for video of me looking disappointed at getting $5k as a bonus (on top of an already generous income) can I just clear up that misconception while I'm here..... That "head drop" had zero to do with the amount. That was a personal moment to do with the fact head office had adjusted the surname on the cheque at short notice.... Long story but very emotional. Nothing to do with the amount on the cheque! I'm all for an informed debate .... It's the assumptions and made up crap that lets this thread down.... Irony right there!! 🙄🙄
