Sponge you can find a lot of the training webinars on YouTube. I am sure you will find them interesting! Wink

Even more interesting is the repetition in the "rolling training". It's quite literally the same thing over and over and over and over.

cozietoesie · 11/05/2016 14:05

Of course. Keep it Simple and Keep it Rolling. 'twas ever thus.

Mrshumblepants · 11/05/2016 14:11

Interesting, in-'sight' from our distant teamie, firstly, I wonder where that leaves LTW and the £35 fee, alongside the minimum monthly spend to stay 'active' that they require?

Also, how fascinating that FLP have instigated this unexpected change so very quickly, it leads one to wonder if they have in fact needed to respond to an unspecified external pressure... Hmmm, the plot indeed thickens!

I do love a good mystery! However I have no doubt at all, that a suitably angry and possibly annebriated #bothun will be along to put this posse of haters straight soon.

cozietoesie · 11/05/2016 14:21

I should imagine that many people are keeping a close eye on FTC activity at the moment. Smile

Delurker2016 · 11/05/2016 14:24

Rolling training is a 6 week training then you break for a week to sizzle. I can hear you all giggling into your parslaii!
It covers everything from what is network marketing, to folders, social media, prospecting, their hot button, mindset. Then there's arm chair training. Lots of well done huns, tips, stars, it's all very junior school-esque.

cozietoesie · 11/05/2016 14:27

Out of interest, is this 'training' funded by the organisation? Smile

noyouarenotalifestylecoach · 11/05/2016 14:29

Imagine finding these threads after either being prospected during the final desperate push for high CCs or even if you're already involved but having wavering doubts humble. They kind of need to set us straight, right? I suppose an argument must be difficult to put together right now though.

I for one would be interested to hear what a current bot has to say about the change.

Delurker2016 · 11/05/2016 14:34

There are slides which are provided, but if you want a copy you have to pay £20 to get editable ones. £million bot obviously needs the extra.
You just basically follow the script and the slides. That's it.

cozietoesie · 11/05/2016 14:35

I just feel enormous sympathy for them - or at any rate, for the people they used to be.

Spongebobette · 11/05/2016 14:39

oh god

noyou I've been looking on Youtube.

recruit recruit recruit seems to be the message. Also the word 'exciting' comes up fr too frequently.

Nolongerconfused · 11/05/2016 14:51

There was a new 11 week training programme released recently. It replaced the 6 week rolling training.
I actually never experienced the £20 editing fee I was sent the slides in whatever format I requested they be sent in and could edit them if I wanted.

Nolongerconfused · 11/05/2016 14:55

Here is a post from a bot that is well known to you lot. Maybe she'll join us again to discuss her feelings.

Seenthelight21 · 11/05/2016 14:56

Haha spongebobette

It varies!
Weekly is the rolling programme
Starts with the marketing plan
How to recruit
How to retail but moves into habits of a leader
Ccs becoming a diamond etc etc

Also they do webinars where successful people share how they 'did it' and got to Chairman's Bonus or Eagle Manager to inspire lower bots

Others are mindset coaching.... different ways to retail
One I had was how to use social media and what messages to send people and what to say if they say no and how to respond

Looking back now it's all brainwashing!

cozietoesie · 11/05/2016 14:59

It always fascinates me. Where do people think any money comes from?

Mrshumblepants · 11/05/2016 15:14

Ouch nolonger that is a post of desperation! 'Please please, trust me huns, look at me, you can be like me! I pinky swear! This company is sooooo generous, ignore the negativity! Think of your mindset, think of my 5* trip to africa, think of rexy, think of the ELEPHANTS GODDAMMIT!'....

Mrshumblepants · 11/05/2016 15:26

So hang on, over 5 months that breaks down as 4k gross before tax/NI/expenses per month, (not up to speed on self employed tax workings) anyone know what that could likely be after tax?

Nolongerconfused · 11/05/2016 15:29

She got a $5,000 chairmans bonus cheque which I'm sure is included in that too. So monthly income not so great.

cozietoesie · 11/05/2016 15:31

And from botwatchblog.

Mrshumblepants · 11/05/2016 15:33

Yeah, that just occured to me too... I hadnt considered that... confused

LMGTFY · 11/05/2016 15:34

I never did find that $5k cheque video.

LeafTreeRaker · 11/05/2016 15:37

NoLonger, that is desperate. So she's admitting working very hard whatever happened to the 5 hours a week promise and claiming to be working for the best.

Fact.

Because saying 'fact' makes it a fact Hmm

Full metal bot springs to mind. Delusional full metal bot.

Mrshumblepants · 11/05/2016 15:39

Not knocking it as an average salary goes, (if my sums are correct acording to that post) however, with that average salary in a normal J.O.B, You would have employee rights, pension, statutory holiday, maternity/paternity leave, job security, (usually not work all the hours god sends although I appreciate there are some exceptions), regular reliable salary, a garage that isnt full of wampum, etc...

Of course, I am only going on the basis of what has been posted above, and I dont claim to be a mathematician/tax expert either so if anyone else here can figure it out, then please do!

noyouarenotalifestylecoach · 11/05/2016 15:47

I wonder if she is also including the spending money from her trip in that total, or even the trip itself? The number could be plucked from thin air for all we know. Fact.

Twunk · 11/05/2016 15:58

All I read is "honest I wasn't disappointed by my bonus cheque! Even though I clearly was, I wasn't!! I'm so chuffed!!! Really!!!! I'm not not not at all anything but totally happy!!!!!! You must believe me."
