I don't think we're referring to the same person delurker but I know exactly who you mean!!
This one isn't quite as high profile but still quite well known!

Real nasty piece of work . How she has any friends I willl never know.
Loads of reports were made to HO about her but she's still there waving her cheque!!!!!!

We didn't have 4cc Shame boards but there were 4cc parties so if you didn't attend people would know you weren't active. I always did 4 then out of my own pocket had to pay for my team who were 4cc Active to attend I only had 1 person for 1 party and had to fork out £300 of my own money towards it!!! For drinks dood entertainment etc the upline are six figure earners and I'm struggling to make ends meet for my young family!!!! That really grated on me!

It was constant money all the time

To pay for trainings events, team incentives, success days.... monthly managers groups, weekend events that you felt forced to attend & buying of forever products constantly it was money money money all the time . My income was okay...but when I look at the hours I did and the commitment I gave it was pittance really

Yep and I had to pay it as all the leaders were required too!!!!
I couldn't afford it and ended up in debt trying to make the payments at each event or party I dreaded them.

It made me feel like a failure that some of my team didn't qualify yet I still had to pay and these people earn thousands and thousands each month!!!!!!! And could have and should of paid for it themselves in my opinion

It seems unfair to me that one bot all the way upline can walk away with a large cheque and the rest of the team get nothing at all.

Is this what they mean by residual - having others do the leg work?

It's every bit what i dreaded. it's why you have to look behind the sparkle of even the biggest bonus cheques and wonder what they will end up spending it on / had already spent it on.

It's all to add to the facade of look how successful I am I can buy my team all these amazing things, and the team can say, look how much I'm spoilt in my business, do you get this?
When most of the time it's on credit cards.

They had parties for the 4cc active, so if you had any in your team YOU had to pay for them? Did they tell you you had to pay for them?
What the actual fuck did you get for £300? I'd expect a fucking mega night out for that, and NO work that's for sure
