Gosh.

throwingpebbles · 17/04/2016 22:45

Just idly googled "Herbalife" on netmums to see if there were any discussion groups of course there are and found netmums themselves promoting the products!! www.netmums.com/woman/fitness-diet/herbalife-diet

If you are on Twitter please can you help me tweet /retweet netmums about this ridiculousness!!!!

crazycatlady26 · 17/04/2016 23:00

place marking, it's been a while!

cozietoesie · 17/04/2016 23:03

Welcome back. Smile

BSintolerant · 17/04/2016 23:39

Cozie Grin

How about a bird-lime green botmobile courtesy of the parslaii pigeons?

I think a yellow van could be mistaken for one of those yellow plastic cases. Grin

Could we accessorise them with a pair of spidery eyelashes over the headlights, or would that be another burden to add to the car plan? Wink

DollyTwat · 17/04/2016 23:42

I'm going to fashion a vehicle out of Yazoo and Coke bottles. What could go wrong? I'll earn my FU points at the same time. Win win

Melaw21 · 17/04/2016 23:44

Nice Dolly! They even sell aloe juice to make it go!

DollyTwat · 17/04/2016 23:45

I'm aiming to win the house of course
Wish me luck Huns

BSintolerant · 17/04/2016 23:52

How can you win a rented house? Wink

BSintolerant · 17/04/2016 23:59

melaw if aloe juice makes your car go, it's little wonder it has the same effect on humans. 💩

BSintolerant · 18/04/2016 00:07

Throwing, that link you posted (reposted below for those of you who've just joined us) is disturbing.

DollyTwat · 18/04/2016 01:27

I had no idea about NuSkin
They're all the same aren't they

stopfaffing · 18/04/2016 07:09

This excerpt, taken from the above link, sounds like a very familiar scenario, doesn't it? (for those who have read Merchants of Deception).

throwingpebbles · 18/04/2016 07:23

Although I clearly didn't read to the end of that link where she plugs affiliate marketing Shock

But still lots of good info there about Nu skin

BSintolerant · 18/04/2016 07:54

Stopfaffing - it's very similar to Merchants of Deception. Describing the financial transactions as money laundering sums it up.

Ninjagogo · 18/04/2016 10:29

Morning! Joining the thread as my FB feed has just been contaminated with a 'Forever Living' is great rubbish. Luckily the friend who has been drawn in is currently living in Australia. No idea how she got sucked in, will be blocking her if she does not wake up soon.

cozietoesie · 18/04/2016 10:35

Welcome, Ninja. Smile

Some of the MLMs are conducting real big 'pushes' in those 'less-developed' markets where the regulatory environment is currently .....not intolerant.... of them. Australia is one of those, I suspect.

darceybussell · 18/04/2016 11:57

Just found one of the forever shills claiming she used the law of attraction to ask the universe for a good parking space, and whaddya know, the universe obliged! There's a word for that - crazy!

NorbertDentressangle · 18/04/2016 12:20

Interesting about the law of attraction because it's not working for me.

Maybe I'm aiming too high and need to start small (eg. a parking space or colleague to bring me a coffee) and work up to Gerard Butler because he sure as hell hasn't happened for me yet.

cozietoesie · 18/04/2016 13:01

It's that Mindset, Norbert. You need to work harder on it. Grin

donadumaurier · 18/04/2016 13:08

Update: the herbalife post on the uni FB group has been taken down! Grin Although worryingly, the girl who posted it is studying a healthcare based course. Ie, really should know better than to fall for this rubbish.

cozietoesie · 18/04/2016 13:15

Anybody can be inculcated, dona, if they're ripe for it for some reason. Just anybody.

cozietoesie · 18/04/2016 13:16

PS - good news about the post being removed though.

NorbertDentressangle · 18/04/2016 13:45

I'm never going to make a global rally with this mindset am I Cozie? Sad

Talking of global rallies - how do the bots school age children manage to attend? I mean, it's term time now for public and private schools so how do they manage to get permission to miss school?
