There is an issue here. If you have a business which isn't doing so well, or an idea which is a little......problematic..... you might cast your eye over some people who seem to be doing OK on the net and 'pick 'n mix' some of their concepts. (Everyone and their auntie, almost, thinks they can 'do' the web these days.)
There might therefore start to be a lot of 'semi MLM' schemes knocking around because it's a largely unregulated sector. Most will implode in shortish order - but the trail of destruction they leave behind is a great worry.
