Tax Credits Next Payment due.....or not.

Hi all newbie here hope I'm posting in the right section.
I get my tax credits weekly on a Thursday. Last week I received it on Wednesday (16th March instead of 17th) thinking it was one of those extra payments I was grumbled to find out on the Thursday it wasn't it was just early hey ho thought nothing more about it, especially since I've found out its happened to a lot of others.
So today I was talking to my mum about it because I thought maybe it be early this week what with easter coming up and being early last week but it's not. My mum mentioned could it be end of year payment last week to which I fobbed off don't be silly.
Well now I'm in a right panic! I rely on that weekly payment for weeks food gas electric etc.
I used the new government gateway site to check when my next payment is due by. Last week payment was received on 16th website said £xx.xx paid by 17th - correct and received. Today it says £xx.xx. paid by 31st!! Confused Angry
Does that mean there's no payment for the 24th tomorrow? Doesn't help my bank doesn't display payments until around 4am rather than midnight like most others.
I'm am losing it major panic/stress stations!

Mine went in on Wednesday instead of Thursday last week too. People seemed to think it was because of St Patrick's Day but that's only a bank holiday in N.Ireland I think, so no idea if that's right.

I hadn't given it a second thought tbh and am assuming the payment will go in as normal tomorrow.

This is the new website you can sign in to check your next payment due date. It just asked for your national insurance number and name then security questions to set up the account. You get a government gateway user id and they text a pin to you.

You will receive TC on the 24th , it was early last week as a bank holiday anywhere in the UK triggers an early payment.

Hmrc keeping me on my toes like that stresses me out lol.

Hi I logged on to my tax credits online account and a message poped up to say I cannot use the online service ....anyone had this before ??

Hi I applied for financial hardship with child tax credit due to an over payment. I can see on my online tax credit my payments have gone up. But where it shows you your payments dates. In brackets it says (this is a one off payment) which is next to tomorrows date 3/10/17 which is my usual payment date. Does this mean there will be an extra payment plus my usual payment. As Iv looked online and it's saying one off payment could be an extra payment. Do they give a extra payment for financial hardship. Thank you in advance

A one off payment on your normal payment day usually means that this months payment is a slightly different amount. You should be able to see the next 3 payments which are due and the dates they will be paid.

Hi can anyone help just logged into my tax credits its saying i will get a one off payment on friday wbich is my usual payment date? Does that mean there will be the one off payment and ny usual payment? Or just the one off payment

Hi did anyone find out why the site says you can not use the online service ?? I logged in today and that's what it says.. I renewed my tax credits Monday and when I rang them said it was because they are doing my new payment schedule but has anyone else has this as I'm panicking now thanks

I changed the income for my oh yesturday and logged onto my account today and it is saying no payment due when my next payment should be Tuesday anyone had this before?? Stressing now

Mine said no payments and I couldn't use the site anymore ,, I rang them for the 4th time today and they said my payments are showing there end but not on the computer when I log in ,,so i will get paid , they said they are having issues and can take a week to catch up ,, but best to just double check with them , as I was panicking aswell .. Good luck

Yes, mine went in today instead of tomorrow. No idea why but it was the normal amount so it’s presumably nothing worrying

Thank god I rang tax credits! My claim was terminated due to a system error they received two renewals online ! So she renewed it for me on the phone!! Payments start in 2 weeks Confused

I don't no why it won't let me use the service🤔...... I always use mange my tax credits on line now it says I can't use online service! Not sure what to do?

Mine started off by saying that then went to no payments due , I would ring them up or do the online web chat with them

I only having August’s payments showing online, are people’s september payments showing?
