Tax Credits Next Payment due.....or not.

Hi all newbie here hope I'm posting in the right section.
I get my tax credits weekly on a Thursday. Last week I received it on Wednesday (16th March instead of 17th) thinking it was one of those extra payments I was grumbled to find out on the Thursday it wasn't it was just early hey ho thought nothing more about it, especially since I've found out its happened to a lot of others.
So today I was talking to my mum about it because I thought maybe it be early this week what with easter coming up and being early last week but it's not. My mum mentioned could it be end of year payment last week to which I fobbed off don't be silly.
Well now I'm in a right panic! I rely on that weekly payment for weeks food gas electric etc.
I used the new government gateway site to check when my next payment is due by. Last week payment was received on 16th website said £xx.xx paid by 17th - correct and received. Today it says £xx.xx. paid by 31st!!
Does that mean there's no payment for the 24th tomorrow? Doesn't help my bank doesn't display payments until around 4am rather than midnight like most others.
I'm am losing it major panic/stress stations!

Yeah mine got sorted on the 1st of September and showing next 8 payments again... Did they tell you what's happening?

They just said it will be sorted this week at some point, Hate waiting though

Not sure if I will get a response or not. I updated my tax credits yesterday over the phone 2 say I work 20 hours now instead off 16 and I logged on2 my manage my tax credits online and noticed now that it says no payments due. Has this happened 2 any1 as such?

@Ann1184 I found this thread by searching as the app is saying that to me today. My income has drastically reduced as I had to give up my office job to care for my increasingly unwell elder daughter. My payments go in on Fridays so I am going to wait until tomorrow before I panic

Mine did go in and the “no more payments” was just while they were updating my calculations from my renewal and change of circumstances. The new figures appeared later in the day and went in today as normal.

I receive wtc and ctc, son now 16, but staying in edu. Have informed tax credits and CB office of this over a month ago. My gateway still showing as if this will stop (go to just the wtc) as from my next payment (next thurs 5th sept). I contacted the tc office few weeks ago to check it was all updated, and they said the gateway hasnt updated yet, in their screen it shows as updated, and I 'should' recieve normal payments from the 5th Sept, but if I dont, then contact them! So basically I need to wait till 5th Sept to see if this is the case when I updated this 6 weeks ago! Anyone have a similar thing last year with no probs??!!

My tax credits didn’t go in last week I logged in online and saw a message saying you can’t use this service, has anyone experienced this?

Same thing happened to me anyone know how long that lasts my has being down for 1 month now. Thank you in advance

We are still waiting on the renewal assessment. It now says November. We actually think we owe them money but now really need to know.
