Every organisation I've ever worked for would be wringing their hands if they had a lousy retention rate. All that investment in training etc etc, knowledge, experience etc gone down the drain - and for what?

Heads would have rolled if the situation had continued for long.

I would love to see a bot run my company and not into the ground. They wouldn't have a clue!

I have a question for ex-flbo's (cubic?!?).
The feature me uk post pointed out that flbo's can't expect pensions, sick pay, expenses, paid training etc because they're not employees. Which makes sense. They own their own business.
So as a fl business owner, can I display and sell their products in my shop? Can I use my fl business page to also promote health supplements from other distributers? Can I negotiate costs with fl and get a cheaper price for bulk orders? Can I choose not to have anything to do with my up line/training etc but still get higher rate of comission on my sales? Surely I can as its MY business!

Hmm it's not sounding like it's going to be MY business. Is it similar to being a franchise owner?!?
It just sounds a bit like you have none of the perks of being employed but none of the freedom of being a business owner.
