Yes throwing odds are for a company thats been around as long as forever, some fbo's would have either died or retired by now? Do come forward please if you are out there!

MimsyPimsy · 16/03/2016 14:53

"The council are aware of this and had advised that I had the right to assign my tenancy to her."
Natasha, I hope you have not yet done this, if what you have said about being eligible for the £75k discount is true! I advise you to take financial advice immediately. Even if you cannot get a mortgage now, you may be able to in the future (with a J.O.B.).

"I love that I can pack up and move to another house with no drama" eh, this makes no sense, if you've lived in the one rented council house for 18 years. It seems like a sudden change of personality.

"I'm an indecisive person always have been so I usually decorate every 3 months" Eh again. It's harder to redecorate in somewhere you are renting, unless it's a council house.

"It was a family member that stopped me from buying originally as they knew I would change my mind again!" This makes it sound like you are always moving. What do you mean by that? And how could you have bought when you said you couldn't get a mortgage at the moment?

"No I'm not money driven" I think that is perhaps why you have stayed in so long. I feel you are driven by wanting people to like and look up to you. This makes you very vulnerable to MLMs. You will stay in even when the profit (income minus expenses) does not add up. You need to step back and consider rationally, ignoring the (meaningless) rah rah stuff. Good luck!

throwingpebbles · 16/03/2016 15:03

I have another question too... Let's give Natasha and co the benefit of the doubt for a moment and assume they have succeeded, against the odds and without any deceit or misrepresentation, in building a successful business .... Aren't you really angry at all the people who do create a misleading impression of their success in order to move ahead? And why have forever allowed them to do so very publicly on Facebook for so long???

NatashaBarnBotShingles · 16/03/2016 15:04

MimsyPimsy I genuinely appreciate your concern and take on board your views. I have lived in 7 different houses since having my first tenancy! It is calculated on your length as a council tenant not property. I am able to get a mortgage after 2 years of accounts.... So by June this year that will be a possibility and something I may consider! I used the reference to decorating merely to show how ridiculously indecisive I can be! I earn good money but my statement about being money driven was more to reference that I'm not in any way so money driven that I would stay in a house I didn't like in a town I wasn't happy in just to earn £75k in a discount. By the time I potentially buy the rules for discount may have changed again anyway and I'm honestly not bothered about that. I would however look into buying further out and getting a house I could renovate. I enjoy doing things like that! Yes of course it's nice to inspire people but that wouldn't pay the bills so I am aware I need to keep sensible with spending and earnings.

Lurkylurker · 16/03/2016 15:10

The reason I say all this Natasha isn't to upset you and I am pleased that we can be polite adults here but when I read the threads from last night and watched you say that your dear friend was never involved with the business, well I have to say it made me wonder what else you're capable of lying about. You know she was involved, as do your friends, especially the ones who's downline she was part of and I imagine you're all having quite a time working me out. I won't post anything offensive so don't worry. But please do stick to the truth. I have an idea of what it is you were trying to achieve but I feel it didn't work out as planned. From what I can see these threads have uncovered a lot of truths that needed uncovering. People lose money in the business every day and the backstabbing and negativity is shocking.

cozietoesie · 16/03/2016 15:13

I feel that it's more than 'wanting people to like and look up to you'. Mimsy. For the whole phenomenon, it feels as if it's more to do with something like security, family, even 'belonging' - things like that. The MLMs mostly make a big thing of their stability and history/assets and they presumably know their constituency.

I'll think further on it.

NatashaBarnBotShingles · 16/03/2016 15:14

Throwingpebbles YEP! That's my simplest answer to that! Do you not think when I work hard to do things properly that I don't put my head in my hands when I see something blatantly unbelievable! It happens! Of course it does! I've had it happen in my downline and it caused no end of problems due to her ignoring advice and then coaching that to her team.... BUT I do have a belief that honestly will prevail long term. Those who do not do this business with integrity and honestly won't last the distance.... The downline in question within my team tried it her way and got nowhere. I always look back to how I felt when I was approached, what my views were and what my attitude was. I wasn't pestered or manipulated. I was told to go away and look into it myself and try the product first. I did both and made my decision based on that. I would always allow others to do the same. If someone says no to me I don't get upset or keep pestering! I respect that decision. I show people the business and explain how I work it. I don't try to convince anyone, I don't want a team of people that I'm forcing to do it! Probably why we have a great team spirit and work well.... No one gets pushed to build a huge business and if they want big money they absolutely know what it takes and what to expect!

You were just showing yourself to not be a team player, Arthur. Smile

cozietoesie · 16/03/2016 15:57

It was the reaction that was telling I think.

ambler21 · 16/03/2016 15:59

Arthur Consider your self placed in a bag and stamped upon you gremlin you ;)

Patzy85 · 16/03/2016 16:05

What an interesting turn of events. Glad to see all the hostility is over! Smile

Eyespying · 16/03/2016 16:06

'Those who do not do this business with integrity and honestly won't last the distance....

One wonders what this distance might be, and what twisted, pay-through-the-nose route it follows, seeing as effectively no one who has signed up for the 'FLP' trip to Utopia has arrived at their dream destination?

cozietoesie · 16/03/2016 16:10

Just a thought.

When MLMs start going down - in the UK at least - which won't be long now what with the New Kid on the Block trying to muscle in, there are going to be even more people in immediate difficulty. Might it be time for Timeless Vie to change the prominence (and possibly the title) of 'Need help leaving an MLM?' on its site?

Much support is going to be needed by these poor people.

DayToDayGlobalShit · 16/03/2016 16:16

Arthur - brilliant job!

ArthurSnopes · 16/03/2016 16:21

Why thank you. I try.

NatashaBarnBotShingles · 16/03/2016 16:24

LurkyLurker I have a good idea as to who you are already and as such would expect even more so that you would know I'm not someone who lies (knowingly!) you would know I am actually known for my honestly if anything! However you may not be who I think you are in which case that sentence was pointless! 😂
I genuinely think you will find as far as the team in question are concerned that it was never a "purposely team build" effort or plan! If I'm right in thinking there was a few family members and a few sign up for discount customers! I'm pretty sure she hated the idea of team building and having to deal with constant questions etc from team. I'm pretty sure that's still her view! Like I said I could be wrong! Although the problems you are referring to I do believe came from the sideline of that team?? Or possibly team from other members?? I know they have left but were never part of a team build master plan from her.... It was a team of predominantly family members having a laugh from what I recall!! Some continued after she resigned some didn't. Some have recently jumped ship some haven't! But as far as I'm aware that lady shouldn't have been stalked as a "bot" in reference to this thread and it seemed it was a case of mistaken identity with everyone suggesting she was chimps! She asked that I put everyone straight on a few points which I did! I have absolutely never come on here and lied and I still strongly oppose anyone saying that I do!

I am not here to cause offence to anyone either it's hard not to let the odd but of sarcasm out when others do it though.... What can I say? I'm human!
I also agree about your reference to "if you lie once and all that" but you see that's been my point for a while... There's inaccurate info posted about myself that I proved to be BS.... STILL no one has responded, yet is happy to keep the accusations coming. Can you not seriously see how one sided that is?? I've not as yet had anyone really answer any of the questions I've asked in a polite manner or in any sort of adult manner at that. My questions usually get a lovely little private joke reply and everyone sits down with cheese...... Very mature! Unlike the polite and accurate (to the best of my knowledge) answers I supply this thread with. Somewhat annoyed about that and extremely hard to refrain from using swear words sometimes! 🙄🙄😂

Eyespying · 16/03/2016 16:36

'My questions usually get a lovely little private joke reply and everyone sits down with cheese...... Very mature! Unlike the polite and accurate (to the best of my knowledge) answers I supply this thread with.'

More utter BS, because my questions have never been answered except with 'MLM' BS, babble and white noise.

eg. :

What possible lawful reason can Natasha Shingles put forward to explain why the overall quantifiable results of the so-called 'FLP income opportunity' have always been withheld from the public and regulators?

Lurkylurker · 16/03/2016 16:45

I don't think anyone was stalking her, her name had never been mentioned, all I saw were people saying that they thought she could have been this chimps character. If you know her then surely that wouldn't surprise you that anyone could have come to that conclusion. And If you do know who I am then you should know that I was alerted to other things that people here clearly hadn't seen and it certainly showed some people's true colours. As this whole story of it never really being more than a laugh and a couple of family members in her team, well that is absolute nonsense. If I recall, she took it too seriously as she was trying to get out of debt. However these threads are not about any one individual and I'm certainly not going to play into your hands. I just wanted people to know that "honestly and integrity will prevail".

ambler21 · 16/03/2016 16:49

This is a bizarre statement Natasha
You have cherry picked which questions from us you wish to give a response to and pointedly avoided any that you don't fancy answering. Credit for answering some questions in a good spirited manner but to say you are being transparent and we are not just won't wash.
I'll pick just one of the questions that I have personally asked to no avail, earlier today.
Can you show us evidence, such as names, of people who have become successful and made enough money to retire to a residual income after they completed the 2-5 year plan?

Lurkylurker · 16/03/2016 16:51

I would love an answer to that also Ambler 😊

Eyespying · 16/03/2016 16:53

Me too ambler and Lurker.

throwingpebbles · 16/03/2016 16:56

Yes ambler Good question! where are the people living a life of Riley on the much vaunted "residual income"? Where are the families living a life of luxury on a "willable income" ????
