To anyone reading the threads who doesn't understand what CCs are, they are case credits. Apparently used to make it easier for conversion but that isn't true as things aren't the same prices in different countries, it's really just to complicate the process so that no one thinks of the actual monetary value of the products being shifted.

You need to do 4CCs a month to be 'active', although new rolling training suggests 5.

1CC = £166 (as of Jan 2016)

1CC should be spent by the distributor for personal use as can be seen here:

If you want to listen to any rolling training webinars they're very easy to find on YouTube and you will see that it is common practice to advise your downline to purchase the products themselves, to show their customers that they 'believe' in the products.

A new recruit is worth 2CC. This is where the real money lies. Retail one just doesn't work. That is why you're expected to recruit 2 new people every single month.
