I read that they (FLP) had raised some money for charity and GIVEN them some stuff so if true I expect the truth is being bent a little.

Likebigbots - see, I would normally agree with this article, if my friends had set up their own business I would fully support them in every way. However MLM is not the same as setting up your own business, even if bots can't see this. You're still making money for 'the man', just this time he's a homophobic Mormon.

sorry, that's insulting to the lovely and helpful volunteers, but I have seen fl sellers in hospital lobbies.

Basically Forever gave them some free stuff and the distributors are bending the truth a little by saying that FLP supply the hospital regularly.

I have just done a quick google and the only reference to Aloe and GOSH is on forever pages including one on fb from 2014.

I found reference to the charity DEBRA and work that Forever apparentlydid with them and GOSH but couldn't find anything on the website including in a search for Aloe.

There may be some link to GOSH, but probably not to the extent it says, and as already been mentioned I am not sure GOSH would be putting unlicensed products on burns.

Perhaps the question needs to be asked direct to GOSH.

Exactly Patzy. It is not the link or content really but the preachiness of it. I don't need to be told how to support my friends. If I want to I will. The thing is, I have five Younique bots now, and three shared this within the hour. They don't seem to realise I have them all so it is like being spammed.

I emailed GOSH months ago about claims FL were being tested and used there. Someone promised to get back to me and they didn't. I should chase it up again.

It isn't proven to help burns at all. aloe Vera has been tested and has provided relief to minor burns. FL products haven't been tested or licenced for this purpose.

I have found from googling there are claims that GOSH sell the product. But I bet they also sell Mars bars, Coke and crisps. Doesn't mean it's good for you.

Hmm, I believe that aloe jelly is being marketed as "first aid in a bottle" from what I have heard from a friend who is going to buy it.

Just a stray thought. If anyone has any friends who work in advertising, they or their companies might usefully be invited to read this thread I suspect. The amount of product that distributors are trying to sell and for which cash is being steered away from their clients might be concerning to them.

Anyone see any down side to that?

I wonder how many days she is going for, wasn't it mentioned previously that you had to 'earn' days. So the more cc's the longer the trip?

Also this reimbursing for flights is strange, now I know some companies do work like this, employee pays, then reimbursed, but surely it would be cheaper for FL to do a type of block book. Unless of course so few people are actually going and all for varying times that it isn't possible. It just seems a strange way to operate a business.

One of my bots, a friend of a friend, has posted about her team's 'base at Kiddicare.' I think Kiddicare in Peterborough have a community room, so certainly not a FL 'base', despite her claims. There are pics of lots of mums with very young babies listening to bots sell them the nightmare dream.
