Cubic you are naughty

Twunk · 03/03/2016 22:22

As I said I may be a teeny bit tipsy

Greyponcho · 03/03/2016 22:23

I've already said I've got to be careful on what supplements I take, due to hormone type stuff and on advice of medical professionals (kept it vague so as to confuse them)...

I've dodged it all so far, been firm that I don't want to sell it, spotted the gaping holes in one of FL "doctor"s theory the previous time they tried to flog me crap...

orchidnap · 03/03/2016 22:31

JLs stepdaughter is a FL bot too. I got a laughable response when she was flogging her crap in the local mums group and i said it wasnt a business she had set up, it was a pyramid scheme.

Twunk · 03/03/2016 22:36

Her DF is doing it too! It's all just too creepy for words.

The whole thing is just so damn unpleasant. Seedy. Ugh.

Patzy85 · 03/03/2016 22:52

Does no one in Forever Living question the fact that if you are related or close friends with a top bot you are somehow guaranteed very quick success?

Surely they must question the system?

orchidnap · 03/03/2016 23:21

I dont even think this one IS very successful!

BSintolerant · 03/03/2016 23:22

Has MN deleted the links to the JL videos?

I had a disturbing image of her in a gimp outfit, wielding a pitchfork stamping on a sack (it's making my eyes water and I haven't got a sack - well - not last time I looked) shouting, "Die, gremlins! Die!"

The image only exists in my mind so MN can't delete that, more's the pity.

NameChangeEr · 03/03/2016 23:48

So top bots, not modest son is a poster boy and actually has a normal job not being a bot working down lines? Just look at me take every FL supplement, look at me, look at me.

Oh dear, that wedding photo really does sum up the work during labour, work when your being stitched from your episiotomy, Never take a days holiday in your life mantra. Exhausting.

ForeverLivingMyArse · 04/03/2016 06:16

Can someone pm me the jl vid?

stopfaffing · 04/03/2016 07:17

Here is a nm thread where someone is, yet again, posting what a wonderful fairy story FL is, and being put right Grin.

Thanks Eric Worre, for these amazing scripts.

Because bots aren't in it for the money, they just love to help people.

Glitteryfrog · 04/03/2016 08:10

Oh no! A Facebook friend has been younique botted.
I'm quietly fascinated - her team leader is a I love getting paid over night (picture of her younique MasterCard.)
Suddenly my friend is posting selfies. She's not especially confident so I'm not sure how long this will last or how she'll sell anything.
I'm keeping quiet at the moment incase she tries to host a party.

Eyespying · 04/03/2016 08:18

ForeverLivingMyArse

I'm posting the link to FL's, stamp on your negative Gremlin: thoughts, friends and relatives, video again. The most damning statements come at the end.

www.dailymotion.com/video/x88uq8_jane-leach-diamond-tips-1of4_school

Each time I watch a video of FL, I can't help thinking of 'Mrs. Tweedy' in 'Chicken Run.'

Twunk · 04/03/2016 09:13

That is chilling. The emphasis on believing in the company and the product really emphasises the cult-like quality of the MLMs. And the advice to not listen to people who might be concerned about you "because they want you to fail and stay with them in poverty" (paraphrased but only lightly) is so manipulative I don't know where to start....

crumpetsfortea37 · 04/03/2016 09:25

bovny those Eric warre scripts are scary! I know several have been tried on me.
So glad MN is publicising them - the more "targets" recognise them the less effective they will be.
(Also think TV could create brilliant responses counter-script)

Patzy85 · 04/03/2016 09:38

The scripts really turn my stomach. I'm sure we have all been on the receiving end of this and I find it incredibly disingenuous.

Twunk · 04/03/2016 09:42

Woah, I missed the scripts. We must be able to use that on the TV-blog?

That's some heavy cynical shit there.

sminkypink · 04/03/2016 10:05

It's cynical isn't it, it's so obvious to an outsider that the whole name of the game is to trick and deceive, because your scam is so shit if you looked at it objectively (that's why JL says to not go into too many facts and figures) you wouldn't be able to sign anyone up otherwise. And then once you've got them, frighten them to death and make them scared to leave.

Annie65 · 04/03/2016 10:12

In the 90's, I had a so-called friend call me telling me she had started her "own business" selling and could she come round to practice her techniques on me. Reading the scripts has made me think about it again. She came round and it was blatent that she was trying to sell it to me. I was not taken in at all and was very annoyed with her, so it doesnt always work. The products were really expensive too. Guess what the Company was?? Yes, the one and only "Amway". Didnt realise back then what a lucky excape I had. Maybe if she was more experienced I may have been taken in, but we will never know.

sminkypink · 04/03/2016 10:30

I would love to see some TV counter scripts! I had no idea when I was originally contacted that my (now ex) friend was using scripts on me. Now I've read so many mlm scripts i'd love to see people try!

thetemptationofchocolate · 04/03/2016 11:48

I've been trying to catch up on these threads but there's just too much here! But there are one or two things I'd like to comment on.

Firstly, back on thread 10 someone posted a screen shot of an Ariix person claiming their anaemia had been cured by a Moa drink. I don't know how much their super dooper special Moa drink costs but the claim was that it enabled her body to absorb the iron tablets better.
This could well be true - a doctor friend advised me to take iron tablets with orange juice. Apparently the acidity of the juice helps iron absorption. I bet orange juice is cheaper than Moa.

Secondly on the topic of saturation. When I was an Ambot I asked my upline about that. Apparently saturation would never happen as people were turning 18 all the time so there were lots and lots of shiny new faces to brainwash, all the time. Oh yes, there was an answer for everything there! But yes yes yes, it was ALL scripted. If you didn't have an official script for a question you had to check upline before saying anything.

sminkypink · 04/03/2016 11:51

Quick everyone get shagging and have loads of babies, so they don't run out of downline. Hurry, hurry hurry! As JL says, the clock is ticking and the world will implode if we don't all sign to mlms.
I expect they are gutted that mlm has been banned in China, what with there being billions of people there and all. Sadface and a minutes silence for all the downline that never was.

It was me that posted the MOA screenshot, my Ariix bot shared it. I'm not sure how much they charge in the UK - it all seems very secretive, but I've seen it advertised in the US for 52 dollars per bottle.
