(There's a point to my story below)

A lot of the top people in Forever all have 1000's of followers on their personal pages ranging from 6000-11000. The majority of followers are fl reps wanting to watch what the top ones do so they can emulate them, but a lot of the followers are from different teams etc.

The new low level reps 'like' the top ones status which makes it pop up on their timeline because it's public on purpose

These little workers bees might have been chatting to prospects about the business, but then when posts of the successful ones are liked by them, their friends see these posts too and have 'watched' what the tops ones are doing. The prospect has then approached the top ones to ask more questions about the business (after all they're 'successful' and show this wonderful life) at which point THEY then recruit them! even though poor lowly rep puts in the original legwork

So the little worker bee loses out on a potential recruit because they like their idols post.

rayofhope · 19/02/2016 23:21

Of course Forever HO say they frown upon this and that ethically the top rep should tell them to go back to the person they spoke to originally, but in reality they're not going to turn away 2cc.

And what possible point were you trying to make ray ?

Excellent pro active action. #Bossbabe confirmed

throwingpebbles · 20/02/2016 08:08

I have no idea what a Reddit is

But seems like your blog post was rather uncomfortably close to the truth for FL

GreenGoblin0 · 20/02/2016 08:14

it's still up isn't it? also don't know what reddit isBlush

Annie65 · 20/02/2016 08:20

Im glad Vego has gone, sorry to be unsympathetic and "negative ", but I just didnt trust him/her, or the other so called bots. They all told the same story, almost from a script.Hmm

darceybussell · 20/02/2016 08:32

If she was genuine, she confirmed what we all knew, that there is NO residual income - that is a lie. In order to maintain it you have to work 15-19 hours a day for the rest of your life. And on the income disclosure her level made an average of about $100k gross, before expenses, so about £70k. Less expenses (probably quite high). For working every single waking hour and never being able to slow down for fear of it dipping.

cozietoesie · 20/02/2016 08:50

Was that meant to be $ or £, darcey?

Eyespying · 20/02/2016 08:53

If Vegodoll was a real 'NuSkin' shill Bot, and some of things he/she said (when politely put under pressure) strongly suggest that that was so, then he/she cannot have made these gaffs with the permission of her own 'NuSkin Upline' handlers. The rest of Vegodoll's posts was just predictable 'MLM' babble.

darceybussell · 20/02/2016 08:59

It was about $100k US dollars - I couldn't find a uk version with pounds so I translated it to pounds - it's about £70k.

cozietoesie · 20/02/2016 09:11

It's OK - blame current lack of caffeine. I misunderstood.

Toobusytowee · 20/02/2016 09:28

I still can't get over working 19 hours a day. How is that sustainable? I wouldn't take a legitimate job that pays £70k if I had to work 19 hours a day. And presumably that is 7 days a week too?

GreenGoblin0 · 20/02/2016 09:34

with no paid holiday

GreenGoblin0 · 20/02/2016 09:35

or sickness pay. or pension. or maternity pay.

crumpetsfortea37 · 20/02/2016 09:36

My flbot - full time for 3 years, still "nearly" manager, has gone strangely quiet on FB, but I know she is still recruiting, so was wondering what channel she might be using instead - any thoughts?
Also noticed that she, and all her friend bots, are now "life-coaches" (without any obvious qualifications for the title) what is all that about?
Anyone else noticed that although all the flbots are keen proponents of Clean9 many of them do not seem to change shape?

GreenGoblin0 · 20/02/2016 09:49

The coaching interested is completely unregulated. Anyone can set themselves up to be a "business coach" or "lifestyle coach"

they are all at it. they must think it sounds good. As far as I can tell they only "coach" people to work in the respective mlm.

GreenGoblin0 · 20/02/2016 09:50

industry not interested!

NorbertDentressangle · 20/02/2016 09:58

Anyone else noticed that although all the flbots are keen proponents of Clean9 many of them do not seem to change shape?

....unless they adopt the method my bot uses which is to start taking selfie pictures from high up (arm outstretched sp camera pointing down at her). Looks impressive when compared to "normal" (before C9 photos) which are deliberately unflattering. In real life? No noticeable change!

I swear she also uses an app that stretches images as her face is getting longer!

VegoDoll · 20/02/2016 10:21

70K and the rest! I am definitely in six figures now.

I asked for Mumsnet to remove my posts because it felt like I couldn't say right from wrong. So what's the point?

There are a few kind souls on this thread, yes I am tired, exhausted in fact. But it won't be forever.

cozietoesie · 20/02/2016 10:26

Vego

I don't, obviously, know what was said between you and MNHQ, but it seems questionable, to say the least, to have a whole bunch of posts removed because you felt like you 'couldn't say right from wrong' and then return to the thread almost directly.

As you said - 'What's the point?'.

VegoDoll · 20/02/2016 10:29

Cozie go and speak to MN about it if you feel so inclined.

I'm not staying, don't worry. Just explaining why I left.

stopfaffing · 20/02/2016 10:43

Vego, have you read the posts on the Timeless Vie website? What do you think?
