My point and why I am sticking up for my profession and what we all do is that as sub human we allegedly are - the ones that accuse us - or post sarky comments are not much better - they offer no alternative, insight or facts into what we do - if any of them were a diamond, ruby or senior figure - then with gravitas their words would maybe matter - but to spew out the same boring lines does not mean that they are getting to me or anyone else - it means that they hope with constant harping they can gather enough people who frankly failed to support there views - we are not the ones trying to do the brain washing here - about time we stood up to them

Ok, I'm genuinely interested for personal reasons, I don't want to get into a bun fight (yes I'm aware that I'm posting in the middle of one!); after expenses eg products, materials (packaging, promotion etc),.expenses (travel, courses, events) when you divide the residual profit by the hours you have spent on everything, from parties, email, online, ordering, speaking to people and direct selling etc, what is the hourly rate of pay?
