imo this complaint to MNHQ just proves they are reading everything we say and looking for any excuse to complain about us.

Verging on harrassment, I'd say. Grin

whyamisoindecisive You are correct I explained how, thanks to my brother and his 'Amway' handlers, I had no contact with my mother for the last 7 years of her life, and that I didn't discover my mother was dead until 6 months after the event. However, I certainly didn't name any member(s) of my family and I've never named any of member(s) my family on my Blog.

rayofhope · 16/02/2016 16:17

Even if the top people are earning a 6 figure salary (which I still think they are) but I'm only talking about maybe the top 10-20 in the country, can they not see that they are making money off the back of people who join and never make money or get into debt trying to make it work?

I wish I'd know the statistics before I joined but that information just wasn't readily available a few years ago.

Eyespying · 16/02/2016 16:37

rayofhope In any UK prosecution of 'FLP,' all that would be needed to prove criminal fraud, would be evidence that key-information has been deliberately withheld from all the thousands of transient contractees of the company, in order to take their money.

rayofhope When I first complained to the old DTI about 'Amway,' I was told that all 'Amway' distributors were 'independent business owners* and, therefore, the company couldn't be technically held responsible for any losses they incurred.

I replied that far from selling people their own business, the bosses of the 'Amway' racket had been effectively tricking ill-informed people into putting on a blindfold and getting behind the wheel of car with the steering and accelerator jammed and the brake pipes cut, and which was heading in the direction a cliff.

Eyespying · 16/02/2016 16:55

Toobusytowee Clearly your intention was not to cause distress to anyone by mentioning these matters in passing.

Mootpointer · 16/02/2016 17:01

last Just goes to show, they're reading these threads.

I really, really wish MNHQ would consider getting someone from FL in for a webchat. It would be glorious.

Lighthearted and answer in a nutshell...not an essay please....but Is this mlm shenanigans allowed in Dubai?! My.bot is recruiting over there now xx

Kathysclown · 16/02/2016 18:07

Rudechoob I think that FL is pretty widespread in Dubai - it crops up on my FB newsfeed a lot from friends of friends..... Whether it is 'allowed' or not I have no idea.

So I'm in a Jamberry group. I've been put in a team and everything. And I've just been sent the FAQ's
You get shitcanned if you don't 'sell' enough of their shite. But don't worry, just buy some wraps for you and your mum every month! That's £60 of your own money that they want you to spend.
What were we saying about, 'in mlms you are the customer.'

Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I'm notsold!!!!

OP posts:
lastuseraccount123 · 16/02/2016 18:52

yup, we are the customer, we are just delusional enough to think we're actually in business with Jamberry when no, Jamberry is gently fucking us over for shitey printed Gladwrap on our nails monthly.

Sometimes I wonder why we don't start our own MLM for reals, we'd rake it in
