Genuine question, if one of the top bits leave, what happens to their downline (reverse funnel upside down pyramid)? Also if the uk is saturated and no one is signing up/people aren't buying gallons of gloop, do the people at the top loose their income? Do they have to keep certain numbers up, or if they loose everyone beneath them do they drop down?

As others have pointed out tax was due yesterday 31st Jan. That's the deadline unless you want a fine.
And VAT is a quaterly bill/return depending on what you deal in.
