The problem we have is that those who know little about mlm will be unlikely to bother reading it.
The sad fact is that you hear/learn about it either through trying to warn a loved one against it, or if you have already been love bombed and are only interested in finding reassuring positive 'research' that tells you what you want to hear (Even more so if you've already parted with your money!)
Reading 318 pages of a TRUE horror story won't be of interest at this point and you will likely choose to ignore and deny its existence.
Someone made the very good point that despite 'intelligence' or previous career, many people are simply a product of a previously honest environment so will be equally as trusting when presented with an 'exciting business opportunity' from someone they already know & trust. It's amazingly clever in its evilness!!
