A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

I think with all the support on here it's actually made me stronger,not every day but most days. Tomorrow I'm going to clear my mind and look into setting up a support group,I realise we are all from different parts of the country but we have to do something constructive based on our different but similar experiences I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I am at the moment it's a desperate situation.

Are you Lancashire Morgan? I noticed you said your local office was Preston a while back x

I'd be more than happy to jump on board with the support group, I am joking about my multiple personalities, but definitely found a lot of determination and fight regarding these people, no matter how things go.

Well consent tomorrow I'm going to clear my head n get trawling the net I know we keep saying about doing this but something really needs to be done. A support group to start then hopefully a charity of some sort to help people like me who have been left with nothing.

Hahah a posh cockney, not sure I've heard a posh cockney. I've only heard a broad cockney accent before.

Ha ha consent I come from south of the river Thames but people up here call me a cockney so I say I'm a posh cockney. My boss thinks I sound like the queen but I don't i just sound like me. My dd speaks with a Lancashire accent though its quite cute too

I think a charity/support group is a fantastic idea Morgan but most of us would be too broke to contribute if our tcs stop. Maybe some aspiring lawyer could help us with all the legal stuff. Who can help, where we go etc. Might be good for a member of Concentrix staff, (past or present) to join us. I do think about the pressure they must be under too. God, the phones must never stop! Morgan, don't put too much pressure on yourself, we can support each other through this, like this. You have so much to worry about. Sisters are doing it for themselves, or so the song goes. x

A support group would be great, I don't blame those who answer the phones but I do think there mangers need to give them the right information to pass on to us about these delays in scanning documents onto system and find out why these documents once in system and any other mail isn't being returned promptly!

Consent what comments of yours have been deleted? Also can you point me in the right direction in where you found the tribunal results please. Stress I love that song and its very appropriate for this thread

Evening all, yet another day goes by & the postman hasn't brought me anything interesting! Over 4wks now & still nothing.

I'm not sure, I've been posting so many links to freedom of information posts, sar posts, research I've found, allover many posts on mumsnet that it obviously offended somebody x

concentrix do not know what they are doing in my opinion. my phone bill is triple what it should normally be this month thanx to me having to ring them half a dozen times, giving them info ive already given them. tired now of all this. been going on since april when i first got a damn letter! last saturday got all my bank statements back, and another brown envelope with a letter from concentrix in the same lot of mail. this letter telling me i had a week to send everything back to them again! rang them (waited an hour on hold) to be told they wanted more info regarding my tenancy agreement! turns out they were querying another womans name on my tenancy that i hadnt declared! well i wouldnt declare her as she was the lady i did a mutual exchange with!!! omg! so cleared that up, guy says he satisfied with my explanation and would sign it off and would get my renewal through post. the end u think? oh frigging no!! get a letter yesterday again from concentrix wanting more fffing info now about bloody taxable benefit i have. only the info thats already logged on the frigging system!!!! so another hour long wait on hold!!! the woman i get next is stupid! she tells me she cant see the info on her system it must be on the system in the other department waiting to be sent over to her. still had to give the tracking number from my receipt tho from when i sent all the statements for bank and all bills! i told her they had already been put on the system (must have otherwise they wouldnt have seen the tenancy agreement saga) and had now been sent back to me recorded delivery last weekend! she then tells me "ok then its fine, you should receive a decision letter shortly and wont be asked for any more info" i replied are you sure about that as if there is anything else that needs to be asked id rather get on with it whilst im on the phone now after being on hold for an hour to get through to her! theres nothing else that needs to be queried she says! so....... with a bit of luck i might get that letter through this week! or not!!! that is my experience of concentrix so far! when this is all over, i will be invoicing them for the cost of my calls and what i have spent sending all the info they asked for too! hows everyone else getting on?

Concentrix do not scan our documents. It is a company called edm group they have taken on because they are not able to keep up with the mailing rooms.

Star you're so right they haven't a clue neither has tax credits (hrmc) they're changing their rules all the time. As you can see from this thread and the others none of us are getting anywhere fast. It's an absolute joke they haven't thought of the consequences of their action one bit.

Hi star, I am having the employment/hours check, sent documents back 4th of June they signed for them 5th and still not been scanned onto the system!

I have supplied everything they asked for and all matches the information on my renewal form.

Getting my self into a right state worrying about where my documents and when this will be finished haven't even done anything wrong and all my paperwork shows that, don't know why I am letting this affect me the way it is!

My check is the "living alone" check & mine were singed for on 29th may
